This auction features a seldom-seen horn crane. Make sure to save this in your watch list. For your consideration is a nice usable example of a rear mount horn crane. Probably manufactured by the Tea Tray company in the late 1890's for use with suitcase Edison cylinder phonographs or period Columbia Graphophone cylinder phonographs. The vertical rise is about 16 inches and the maximum extended length is 27 inches. The vertical support rod is 1/2 of an inch in diameter. The crane was wire-brushed and the extender rod. Up for auction is a used Canon 28mm F/2.8 FD mount lens with both front and rear lens caps. The front lens cap has some sticker residue on it and there are some small chips on the plastic focus ring that are purely cosmetic. Both blemishes don't effect the handling or the operation of the lens and the optics are very clean. The glass has no scratches. Dust, haze, or fungus and the aperture diaphragm is clean with no oil on the blades. Offering up for auction is an EARLY 1900's Pathe- Pathephone#2 that was expertly restored by Timothy Fabriazio- Phonophan.com All original parts were buffed. Horn and back bracket were professionally re-painted as original. Single spring motor taken apart and re-assembled with a new Main Spring. Original Maple finish is in tact as well as original label and manufacturer's plate. Playe great and Sounds Great! I am getting out of the phonograph business and am going to concentrate only on jukeboxes; so this is a terrific time to ad a"Show Quality" machine to your collection. I am also including three excellent original Center Start Pathe Records in their original sleeves. This machine was made to play Pathe Vertical Cut Records with a permanent sapphire ball needle. You could also put in an Edison needle and see how a diamond ... moredisc record would sound on an open horn phonographs. There are not flaws in this item and I have listed tje parts that were either painted or buffed out. Orginal nickel plating was buffed and preserved and crank looks to have been replated in chrome. You won't find another nicer one for the price. As with all auctions-item is being sole as is/where is with no guarantees or returns. Columbia Graphophone Model BKT rear mount outside horn phonograph. Excellent original condition. The case retains it's nice original lustre finish. I cleaned and waxed the case and lid. The paneled horn is original and it too was cleaned and polished. This phonograph has it's original hardware. The original#15 spring-contact Lyric reproducer was rebuilt with new gaskets. Diaphragm, new stylus bar and stylus. The results is a good sounding player. You can play 2& 4 min. Indestructible cylinders. This model features the oiling tubes for easy lubrication. These are located behind the mandrel on top the bedplate. The motor is a 2 spring motor. I am including a nice 2 min. Indestructible cylinder and box so you can enjoy this phonograph when you receive it. I replaced the old drive belt with a leather belt we make that is just like ... morethe original green stitched leather belts that were on these machines when sold. The case measures 13" x 8 3/4" x 11 3/4" tall with the lid on. The horn measures 19 1/2" long x 18 3/4" dia. A very nice original Columbia BKT phonograph for your collection! This movement is complete. The mainsprings are fine. It does escape as it should and the strike train is working. The front plate is stamped with 5 7/8 and below that is 1/2. Selling as is as found! Good usable parts here. I will be selling several movements and clock parts starting again today. And for days to come. These are from an old time repairman/ collector.
