I am selling a Trimble R8 Model 3 Dual Frequency GPS GNSS RTK Set. This set up is in good condition and ready to go to work. They have 450-470m hz frequency internal radio's with UHF Transmit(TX) option enabled in both receivers. So either one can function as a base station or a rover without a need for an external radio. Both the base and rover are currently programmed at 12.5khz(So you would be FCC compliant) These unit's also have the 20hz update rate option enabled which makes them extremely fast. They have been shop tested and are ready to work out the box. The TSC3 is in good condition and loaded with Trimble Access version 2012.20 with the ROADS module activated($1000 value) The Trimble TDL-450H radio has a max power of 35 watts for long range surveying. It is also programmed to the 12.5khz bandwidth. That means this entire system is FCC compliant. These unit's track L1. L2, L2c, L5 Galileo, Glonass satellites. These unit's are used so they have a few scrapes and scratches but nothing that affects performance. This unit can be used in an RTK set or on a VRS network. This is a complete RTK set. Up for auction is the following: 1(one) Leica branded backpack 1(one) Ashtech Ranger p/n 6658 with Windows CE and Survey Pro pre-loaded 1(one) Ashtech Z-Surveyor unit with two brand new batteries 1(one) L1/L2 antenna(ashtech 7007000) 1(one) ANTENEX branded antenna These items are all in used condition. Starting with the backpack. It is in pretty good condition. All buckles straps etc function as intended and I can see nothing wrong with it. Overall good condition. Moving on to the Ranger unit. It appears to be in generally good condition. There is some wear to the protective rubber exterior in several locations and wear on some of the keys(see pictures) but all keys are intact and though the screen has a small scratch on it it is in generally good condition. Unit powers on and appears to function as intended. However, as I lack the means ... moreto test it in any meaningful way it is being sold on a Strictly As Is basis. The Z-surveyor(Ashtech 800203) is in slightly worse condition. I cannot power the unit up and it does not have a power supply. There is a crack in the plastic housing(see pictures) and some damage to the PCMCIA card inserts(see pictures) but the rear of the unit is in good condition with all ports appearing clean and undamaged. Again. As I have no way of testing this unit it is being sold on a Strictly As Is basis. The Ashtech Antenna(L1/L2. P/n 70070000) appears in sound condition though extremely scuffed. The port appears clean and undamaged but again, I lack the means of testing it so it is being sold on a strictly As Is basis. Same with the Antenex antenna. Looks scratched and scuffed but generally good condition. Again though. I have no means of testing it so it is being sold on a strictly As Is basis.
