When inspecting I did notice some specks in both lenses. I have done my best to picture them. There is some paint missing(pictured) The focusing knob does focus in and out. All of the other knobs seem to turn smoothly. The leveling feet turn smooth. The label on the outside of the case if halfway coming off. Old vintage David White survey transit 8300 complete
Up for sale is a David White survey transit that has it's original case and accesories even the warranty card. The transit is a little dirty and I can only see light through the sight. I do not know how to use it but everything moves nice and smooth. This was bought as a decorative item. This transit was part of 4 pieces of survey equiptment that I bought from a estate sale I brought them home thinking they looked good my wife thought other wise. No reserve.
