Trimble TDC1 Data Collector. Seems to work fine(power on) But I really don't know how to work it. Has a flashing note on bottom of screen that states back up batteries need to be replaced. I think those are the two smaller batteries shown on picture 5. The unit itself runs on two 9v alkaline batteries.
