To be one the safe side I am listing as for parts or need repair. However it appeared to me to be complete. When I look through lens it SEEMS to function. Pics really do speak for themselves. I have no knowledge of using this item. But when I look through the lens it has what appears to be concrete dust specks on it. It looks like the cap should unscrew and can be cleaned but you be the judge. I posted lots of pictures. It was owned by a rental company that I purchased en bloc a number of items and don't need this. the rental co painted over their name on the case and filed out their name that was engraved on top of the unit.
