From a business closing auction. A Millipore chromatography column. 250mm inside diameter, and the scale on the side is gradated for 500mm. It's in pretty good shape except that the plunger part, it has a metal'collar' type piece that is corroded pretty heavily, as shown in the last photo. It's apparently made of regular steel, whereas all the other parts seem to be stainless steel and are not corroded. I don't really know what the threaded hole in that corroded piece is for, but just be aware you may need to clean or replace that. They fixed it to a rolling base, and it's about 48" tall overall.
