This is a used Diagnostic Instruments HRD060 NIK 0.60X Coupler for attaching a digital camera with a Nikon“F” bayonet mount to a microscope. It is in excellent condition. The mount(top) end has a twist style parfocalizing adjustment with a travel of 10 mm that can be locked in place via a setscrew. With this adjustment retracted fully. The overall length of the coupler is 150 mm. It weighs 1 lb. 9 oz. The image diameter is 19 mm. The bottom end has an outside diameter of 23.1 mm. So it can plug into the eyepiece socket on some microscopes. The middle has an an outside diameter of 37.4 mm, so it can plug into the phototube of some microscopes. Up for auction is a Diagnostics Instruments HRD076-CMT 0.76x CCD Camera Coupler with additional L-Clamp for Leica Research Microscopes in EXCELLENT condition. The optics in this coupler are PRISTINE with very nice green multicoatings as seen in the photos. There is no delamination or defects in the optical system. This coupler provides a widefield projection for cameras with 1/2" or 2/3" format CCD sensors. The coupler has a helicoidal focusing system that can adjust and focus perfectly matching what is seen in the eyepieces. This unit comes with the L-Clamp which makes it compatible with Large Leica Microscope Trinocular ~36mm diameter. The L-clamp can also be taken off and it can be used with standard ~23mm photo tubes.
