The Photometrics SDS9000 is a cryogenically-cooled CCD detector system with a CH270 Camera Head and a CE200A camera control unit. The system elements are in good cosmetic shape. The CE200A camera control unit powers on and the cooling light comes on. The system is lacking the AT200 computer card. And so we are unable to verify any functionality of the unit beyond power-up. Up for auction is one used Cascade(Photometrics) 650 EMCCD camera. As pictured. Also included is a 01-447-007 E7 PCI card. This camera is a working pull from a lab system that was upgraded. It was attached to a very nice microscope. This camera functions properly. The only"defect" of this unit is that when you turn it on. You have to slightly move the rocker switch a second time. I believe that there is a little dirt on the contacts of the switch. There was some fine dust around the switch, like you see on a fan. This happens every time and I do not see this being an issue. This device is used mainly for microscopy. Comes complete with all the parts needed for use. Coolsnap fx camera with C lens mount, camera power supply, PCI board, data and I/O cables, and software. Does not include a power cable for the power supply; uses standard computer power cable. This setup was taken from a US electronics manufacturer and was used sparingly, just for a short machine vision development project. It was not used in production.
