Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave Sterilizer "Excellent Price"
This is a used Tuttnauer 2540M autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with 2 trays. More can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every ... moreunit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Unit contains fill rack. 2 trays, power cord, drain tube ser#9110926 The next day it is packaged and shipped out. MDT Harvey Chemiclave EC 5500 Dental Medical Instrument Sterilizer Autoclave
This Harvey Chemiclave EC 5500 was removed from a working environment a few weeks ago after an oral surgeon retired. The autoclave is in excellent used condition and comes with tray as well as the small black cover that fits over the the refill reservoir. Sterilizer was plugged in and tested out. The unit gets to appropriate pressure/temperature and works perfectly. These Chemical sterilizers run off of an alcohol based vapo-steril solution. Not distilled water. This feature is meant to make your instruments and tools last longer than if you were to use a steam sterilizer. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the sterilizer.

Really neat antique Castle doctors instrument sterilizer from the 1920's. Bottom reads D9304. Patented July 25th 1916, Patented July 1st 1919. 110 volt 8 amp. Made in USA. Antique Army Field Medical Instrument Sterilizer, Alcohol Stove, Spirit Burner
For your consideration. Here is a rare vintage find. It’s a tiny alcohol or spirit burner for sterilizing medical instruments. If only it could tell us its stories and the places it has been! Most likely it was used by an army medical team in the field in WW 1 or WW2. Its small size fits in any pocket or gear pack. Closed, it is roughly 2.5” x 1” x 1.5” 6.5 cm x 2.5 cm x 4 cm) Empty weight is about 2 ounces. It is likely made of nickel plated copper, but we can’t tell, and there is no maker’s mark or brand on it anywhere, just the design on the top. The lid opens to reveal the burning chamber and wick. And a support springs up to hold the instrument you wish to sterilize in the open flame. We don’t know what kind of wick it originally had, so we test fired it with a new flat lamp wick installed, and it burned nicely. The flame is not adjustable ... moreother than having the wick sitting higher or lower. There is a removable clip that holds it in place. The fuel chamber holds about an ounce of liquid fuel(denatured alcohol) and it burned nicely in our test. There is no seal for holding leftover fuel and it will spill, so carry it empty. This little burner would be great for the military collector. Or for practical use as emergency gear, or even hiking or camping. It will heat a cuppa something and packs very small and light. Condition of this gem is well used. But very solid. There is some loss of finish and a few dings as shown. The hinges and clasp work fine, but the top has a very slight kink in the metal and makes the clasp a little bit tight. It is a nice user collectible– don’t let it get away. This is a used Pelton Crane Delta 10 autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes fill plate and 1 large tray. More can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores.
