Inficon Leybold Heraeus RGA sensor mass spectrometer head IQ-200
This RGA head came from a lot of surplus equipment I bought along with a turbomolecular pump. Pressure converter, and a bunch of other fittings. I don't have the means or expertise to test it beyond visual inspection- it appears to be operational(no broken lines, insulators, grids, etc. so I am selling this as is. The filament is in tact, which is probably the most delicate part of these instruments. Judging from the condition of the turbo, which I do have the equipment and expertise to inspect thoroughly, this came from a home where it was well serviced and cared for. It is leak tight to low 10^-9 Torr. I didn't try to go further because the helium leak checker doesn't. You can't really make anything out on the label except for the Inficon Leybold Heraeus name- the text that was printed on the label is faded. But I sent pictures ... moreto a rep at Inficon, and he says it is one of their IQ200 heads. The controller and electronics are on ebay regularly for this unit, so you can piece together a quality instrument for thousands less than the cost of a new one. Ask questions if you have them.
