Showing some ... moresigns of wear. I filled it with water, and powered it up, and it recirculates, cools, and heats the water successfully. I usually test chillers at 1.0°C and at 50.0°C, just to show that they heat and cool fine. So this one, I started out at 1.0°C, and it cooled down just fine, and when the water temperature stabilized at the set point, it remained constant. So then I let it set it to 50.0°C, and when I checked back on it a while later, the water temp had stabilized and remained constant at 52.0°C, two degrees off from the set point. So I decided to test it at various other set points. I tested it at 5.0°C, 10.0°C, 15.0°C, 20.0°C, 30.0°C, 40.0°C, 45.0°C, 48.0°C, 60.0°C, 65.0°C and 70.0°C, and at all of those set points, the temperature remained constant according to the set point. However, when I tested it at various set points between 49.0°C and 58.0°C, the water temperature stabilized, but it was usually 0.1 to 0.2 degrees off from the set point, and a couple of times, it was 1.0 to 2.0 degrees. So the chiller seems to be performing fine at or below 48°C, and at or above 59.0°C, but is not quite perfect between 49.0 and 58.0°C.
