A ring holder with upper light source to hold the zoom head. This ring holder can also attach the ring fluorescent light source. In the back of the base, there are two labels read"115V" and"Made in Korea" with a serial number on it) I have only used the ring light source and have noticed both the well light bulb and the top light bulb missing ever since I had this microscope. There is no bulb for the illuminator and I think it uses a AA battery( not included) The operators manual is in the kit and there is one frosted slide. The steel case has some rust on the outside. I have looked through the Binocular lens and with the use of the mirror and I was able to view.
