This is a used Pelton& Crane Delta 8 XL autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, 1 small tray, 1 large tray, drain tube and manual. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Tested to ensure it built and held pressure without any leaks. No user manual included. Pressure Gauge moves up as pressure builds. However it does not return all the way back down to zero when all pressure has been released(see picture) so it probably should be repaired or replaced; it was this way when I bought it. Everything in pictures are included. Appears to have been hardly used at all. This unit is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I ran it through several cycles without any problems. It quickly heats up to operating temperature and pressure. There are no leaks and I posted pictures with the cover off to show it is nice without much tarnish. I guarantee it will not be DOA. A full line of replacement parts are available for this machine online and on ebay. I have two identical units if you need more than the one offered here. This is a counter top model that is completely self contained. Has an onboard tank that is filled with distilled water. There is a temperature adjustment. Temperature gauge, pressure gauge and a 1-60 minute ... moremechanical timer. Has a large chamber 14" deep x 7" diameter and comes with the internal rack and instrument tray. There is a fill/vent/sterilize/off knob and"Heater" light that glows when the heating element is on. Underneath is a drain pipe that can be unplugged to drain the reservoir. The thermostat has settings for steam or dry sterilization. The door latch mechanism is a safety design that prevents the door from opening when there is any pressure in the chamber. Up for sale is a Wilmot Castle Company Speed-Clave 777 autoclave. The autoclave includes four trays. I am selling this item as a collectable piece and not for actual use but for display and decorative purposes only as it is vintage. Overall the autoclave is in good condition and I believe it works. I got the piece out of an operating doctor's office and the nurse told me that it worked but may need some service. I have not personally tested this item. Damaged Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave Steam Sterilizer, 10 Inch Chamber
This autoclave was damaged by UPS as you can see in the pictures. It was probably crushed and all of the plastic covering was broken off. As well as one of the knobs. You can see the dents in the front edge of the autoclave as well. The rest of the autoclave looks to be ok with no dents. It still powers up but was not tested beyond that. I had removed the latch prior to shipping it originally which is why it isn’t on there. I have two pictures of what it looked like originally; one that shows it fully pressurized and another wide shot that shows the whole autoclave. The door gasket is brand new. Be advised that this is for repair or parts only and that it will have to be rebuilt. The autoclave is fully manual in its controls. One tray and a stainless basket of holding instruments are included. As is the original tray holder that fits in the ... morechamber. This is quite heavy at about 90 pounds.
