This sale is for the Midmark M-11 Autoclave Sterilizer in excellent condition. We recently did a total refurbishment for this sterilizer which means all the major parts were changed out. The touchpad is new as well as most of the internal bellows and steam regulators. The door gasket is new, there are the four trays-2 large and 2 small. The sterilizer also has the printer that prints all the cycles information for documentation purposes.The sterilizer has been worked on by a qualified Midmark trained technician and we have tested it completely. Pelton & Crane OCM Autoclave Sterilizer Medical Tattoo "Sweet Deal"
This is a used Pelton Crane OCM autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about ... moreits max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Harvey Chemiclave 4000 autoclave sterilizer, works but needs door seal
From a state surplus sale. A Harvey Chemiclave 4000. When I got it the valve was was stuck- I removed and cleaned it so it works now. I test-ran the machine and I used*distilled* water as I do not have their special solution. The gauge got just barely into the green- this may be because I did not use their solution, but also I think there is a door seal leak. I could hear it hissing when the gauge got to the midway point, and you can see condensation on the hinge side of the door(third-to-last photo) But the heater definitely works, the timer works, the condensate exhaust works, the valve works. It comes with the tray and tray handle/wrench. It is definitely NOT leaking at the valve or any of the hose fittings- I ran it without the cover on so I could watch and listen to that area. This M11 Ultraclave came out of a local dental office after they merged with another doctor who already had a newer unit. This particular sterilizer was recently cleaned/inspected by a local tech and this sterilizer runs perfectly and passed spore test. This unit is used and does have a few signs of wear. Some of the plastic above the door is slightly discolored. There is also a small crack and a few scuffs on the door. Please see pictures to note imperfections. Ritter Speedclave Autoclave M7 Model 7 Sterilizer Steamer
Up for auction is a nice Ritter Model 7 Speedclave. I am selling this item for display/collection purposes only not for medical or sterilization purposes. I have plugged the unit in and it warms up and turns on but I have not tested it other than that. The autoclave is in good condition with some light wear and pitting on the front handle. But everything appears complete and in working order. The unit still has the rack for the trays inside. Included are two trays, one small basket and a larger stainless tray with the top. The interior needs some cleaning but is in good condition. I am not an expert on this item so please review all pictures and contact with further questions. Item is sold as-is. We have completely gone through and tested. Repaired and replaced anything on this that showed signs of wear. It has a brand new main valve assembly, new handle, and new door gasket. Works great. 90 day warranty. A few cosmetic scratches but all in all, in good condition. Door plastics will be removed and shipped seperately so as to avoid damage. Pelton & Crane Validator 8 Regular Autoclave Sterilizer Medical Dental
This is a used Pelton& Crane Validator 8 Old Style autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, 1 small tray, 1 large tray, and drain tube. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more ... morerare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. With new seals and filters this unit is close to new as you can get. Unit has been put through fast short long hot and cold cycles and runs like a champ. Full Clean and Clear front display with no wear. The next day it is packaged and shipped out. All

Pelton & Crane OCR Autoclave Sterilizer Medical Tattoo "Sweet Deal"
This is a used Pelton Crane OCR autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about ... moreits max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Up for Bid is a Pelton& Crane Model OCM Autoclave Sterilizer It powers on. But I could not get it to heat up, no matter what I did. Door Gasket is missing and the timer does not seem to be working. I am selling this unit for PARTS or REPAIR only. It may be a simple fix. But I have no knowledge about how to repair one of these. There is a little dent in the bottom. Right corner. Midmark M11 11" Chamber Autoclave Sterilizer in Good working condition. It was recently replaced by a brand new unit in the office and is ready to find a new home. It was taken by a Schein Tech and gone through to make sure there would be no issues for the new buyer. He cleaned all internal components and found everything to be in great working condition. The only thing he did was replace the door gasket to ensure a good pressure seal. It comes with the internal rack as well as 2 large and 2 small cassettes. There are some aesthetic signs of use. The most notable sign is some discoloration to the plastic above the chamber where steam exits the unit and has slightly discolored the plastic casing over time. The sheath over the power cord right at the plug has pulled down a little bit.
