This is a Heathkit IB-5281 RLC Bridge which will measure resistance from 10 ohms to 10 megohms. Capacitance from 10 pF to 10 uF, and inductance from 10 uH to 10 Henries. It can also be used to measure how well matched two components are. The bridge is in very good physical and working condition. I measured some precision components and found resistance measurements to be within about 5% and inductance and capacitance within about 10% The bridge uses two 9V batteries(included) I don't have a printed manual.
