The function buttons are all in good condition. The digital display is in good condition with no cracks or chips. The connections are in good condition with no dents or cracks. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We connected this item to several capacitors and resistors of various power. The meter read these items without any issues. We were able to use all the function buttons without any issues and they all worked and responded ... morecorrectly. We then ran the item through a self test and function"C" passed without any issues. Function"L" failed at 100u and"R" failed at 1000m.
