TESTING& COSMETIC NOTES: This is a USED WORKING item in EXCELLENT cosmetic condition that IS THOROUGHLY TESTED and is GUARANTEED WORKING Both units power on and come to ready status. We tested the Analyzer using a 3.3KOhm Resistor mounted on a 1607D Test Fixture and it gave out good readings when testing for Impedance and Phase. A 10uF Capacitor was also used to test Impedance and Phase and it also gave out good readings. All the buttons are fully functional. This item may require calibration prior to precision use. This unit has some vary minor scuffs from regular use. The worst of which are still very minor and are shown in the photos with the arrow stickers.
