The alligator grips are loose so the rubber band used for better gripping the components to measure. I have demonstrated three different values of capacitors to measure. They measure excellent and precise. It is four wire measurement to get the most accuracy. It works perfect but selling it in as-is condition.

Toa ZM-104 Impedance Meter- Damaged & Needs New Meter
Here is a damaged Z Meter that my old bass gave me that we used all the time at the shop. It got dropped and the meter winding's broke. I tried to repair it but the wires are too fine. I accidentally threw away the old meter. But Toa told me they won't repair or replace parts in the meter anyway. I had to get the whole meter. I was hoping a replacement would show up here on Ebay, but no luck. All other parts in the casing are fine. Just get a new meter, if you can find one, and you'll have a $300+ meter! The plastic snap case is tore, but you can use it out of the case. Just don't want to toss it as these are needed for any audio shop repair man. Thanks for looking.
