The function buttons are all in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The display is in good condition as well with no cracks or burned in areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. We plugged this item in and it powered on with no problems. We were able to use all the function buttons without any issues. We connected the High output to an oscilloscope(not included) and were able to generate a variety of waveforms up to 600 kHz without any issues. When we connected the Low output. No significant measurable signal was detected by our oscilloscope. We were not able to test any of the advanced features of this item. We were only able to test the basic wave-form generation capabilities. We believe this item to be fully functional but since we are unable to test the complete functionality of the item we are required to sell this item as is. This item includes the proper power cable.
