Thomas T25S mini ex excavator 2 buckets hydaulic thumb diesel
Selling a nice Thomas T25S mini excavator. This is the perfect size machine with almost 10' digging depth. It's small enough to haul on a large car hauler but big enough to do a lot of work. You can see in the last pic the large timber that I picked up(probably weighs over 1000 lbs) and this handled it fully extended over the side. It has an Isuzu diesel motor with only 2290 hours. It has always been regularly serviced and greased. It starts right up and runs great. Throttle and hydraulics are responsive and has a lot of power to rip right through virgin ground. The dozer blade works great and moves a surprisingly large amount of dirt. It does have 2 speed travel and an option to offset the boom from the machine allowing you to dig close to a foundation. Etc. The tracks are probably 70% with no major tears or cracks. All the hydraulics ... moreand hoses are in good shape with only minor seeps and no leaks. The boom is solid with a only a few minor welds. It has aux pedal operated hydraulics with skid steer flat faced couplers that work the thumb. Could easily add a breaker or auger. The bucket that is on it is a 12" tooth bucket. Also comes with a spare 18" bucket and a spare track. It is ready to put to work right now and really doesn't need anything. This is a no reserve auction so high bid wins! John Deere 270LC excavator with hydraulic thumb
Up for sale this fine early winters' day. A John Deere 270LC excavator. 10,925 hours on a working meter. Has a nice hydraulic thumb. Bucket in very good shape with good teeth. Boom and stick tight for age, bucket has a little play but probably still better than average. Thumb pins have a fair amount of play. Unit starts, runs, and functions well. Cab is reasonably clean, good seat and good glass all around. Interior could use a cleaning but not bad. Body looks good for age, not all hammered up. I did have not seen or noticed any noticeable leaks other than very minor normal seepage, nothing running out, no puddles. Tracks as follows: pads good shape, chains appear to have plenty of meat left on them, sprockets should be replaced soon though, getting a little sharp. Pins not worn through, still good wear left there. One side appears to ... morebe a bit slack, may need an adjuster rebuilt. Other stays tight and looked to have room to tighten some more. That being said, unit tracks and turns good. Finals pull good and even. I did notice the two speed does not seem to work. Good machine at a fraction on the cost of new, priced to sell at $45,000 or make an offer, will give serious consideration to a good offer if machine is paid and moved before December 30! This is a very nice unit with very low hours( 950 Hr) normal scratches and wear and tear. Undercarriage in good condition with very little wear(see pictures) I have owned this for the past 2 years and it has performed without any problems. The Mini-excavator is equipped with a hydraulic thumb which comes in very handling when the need arises to move construction material or debris. This is a high ticket option that is worth every penny. The machine is powerful yet compact as it comes with moveable tracks that can expand to 4' or re-track to 3' to get through narrow passageways.
