The CNC fabrication makes a very striking design. The brakes are in good working condition. There are scratches on the lever blades. The levers are true and have not been bent. The rear brake line was detached and reattached during removal from a frame. The bleed may be compromised and the hose attachment at the right lever should be rechecked prior to use. The operation system has been upgraded to the most recent release(ver. 2.12) It has some minor damage on the front sides(as shown in pictures) but this doesn't affect it's performance. All buttons. Knobs and faders have been tested and work fine. The cd-rw gives a"Media Error" message when a cd is loaded. I troubleshot the issue to the cd-rw itself, so replacing it should fix the issue. Recently purchased at a local estate sale. This item is a vintage U. S. Army Medical Corps collar insignia disk that a family member indicated dates to World War II or the Korean War; however, the age has not been confirmed. This disk measures approximately 1" in diameter and is composed of brass. This insignia has two posts for clasp-type'buttons, but the buttons are not present. The manufacturer's mark is TNGI. The disk is in very good condition with light wear and limited soiling. And it remains very bright but could benefit from polishing. Audio Technica Disk Stabilizer AT618
I've had this nifty tweak since the late 70's when I was selling hi fi gear. I used it for years on a Yamaha direct drive turntable with great success. It drops right over the spindle and the weight of the Disk Stabilizer keeps the album flat and in good contact with the platter. I have a belt drive table now with a screw down clamp. But I'd still be using this one if I had a DD table. Look it up. This product is still available after 30+ years. How often does that occur with audio products?
