You are bidding on a vintage Roto Beam Model 66. 12 volt rotating light. The light is in good shape and works. The lense has a few minor scratches but is still in good condition. All of the prisms inside the lense are good with no cracks or chips and the chrome is also in good condition. This light is mounted on a homemade 9 inch by 9 inch base. It is not professional made and is rough but it is very heavy and sturdy. The light is heavy due to the weight of the mount. This auction is for a very nice vintage Federal Light and Signal Corporation 3 bulb rotating emergency light. This measures approx. 9 1/2' tall and 11 1/4" in diameter at the base. It is in great condition-there are only light surface scratches to the lens and chrome base. My husband tested this and it works great-lights all work and they rotate. Really nice to add to your collection or for actual use. I will pay for insurance on this package and pack with great care. Please compare the USPS Priority Mail shipping and the UPS Ground charges as they can be quite different depending on how far you are from me in PA. Priority Mail is usually more expensive. Large 10 1/2" Tall Vintage KD Lamp Co. Red Rotating Emergency Beacon Light Police/Tow Truck/Fire Truck Rotating Works! One Bulb is Burnt Out. The Other Three Work! Up for auction is this very cool vintage rotating emergency light. The light has a metal base that has a rubber ring around the bottom. The red globe is hard. Thick plastic perhaps plexiglass. The rotation works, and three out of the four lights work. I am assuming one of the bulbs is burnt out and needs to be replaced. The light measures approximately 10 1/2 inches tall. The red globe has a circumference of approximately 26 inches. The metal base has a circumference of approximately 30 1/4 inches. The light is in used, vintage condition. There are obvious signs of pitting, rust, and patina to the metal base. The most obvious is pictured in pictures 7, 8, and 10. It appears ... moreas though the rust goes through to the inside of the light(see pics 8 and 10) The red plastic has typical surface scuffs and scratches. The metal base is marked"KD 888" KD LAMP CO" CINCINATTI. Hilco BEACON Revolving Safety Signal Light with Suction Cup 5.5" x 4" Uses three"D" batteries(not included) It is in great condition-possibly never used. Works pretty well. With a couple of issues that could probably be easily be taken care of by someone who knows what they are doing: When I put first batteries in it. It was making fairly loud annoying sound as it rotated. But as it warmed up, it got less noisy-maybe a little oil would help. I couldn't get the on/off switch to shut it off. The rotating light sometimes rubs and catches on the red plastic lens. The light works but is not super bright. I also have another emergency light listed on eBay.

As pictured. Up for auction is this Ultra Unique Vintage Novelty Color Disk Lamp Light. I cannot find a label or markings indicating manufacturer. Very unique piece that has all the flavor and decadence from the mid-century 1960's-70's Atomic Retro Era. Not sure of the age. However, most of the neighboring items from the same estate were from the 60's and 70's. The lamp light slowly rotates a plastic color disk over a half ball shaped atomic red plastic light fixture. Colors on the disk are Orangish-Red, Blueish Purple, and Green. with Yellow in the middle. The red body is somewhat translucent and illuminates also. Pretty cool. surely a conversation piece in your retro man-cave. Electronically performs perfectly with an On/Off switch. Up for bid is this awesome COMMANDER fire truck emergency red domed light with the model number 371 model a-1. 120 volts on it. Made by the Federal Sign and Signal Corp. Blue Island ILL. U.S.A. PAT. NO.3271735. The truck was finally retired for a new one and back then they reused it for the Fire Co. Canteen people of the company. Works a 100% Has been electrified with a 25-30 foot cord that I would replace as it was spliced a long time ago but my house is still standing! haha! The condition is outstanding as it has a few and I mean few light scuff or light scratches with nothing chipped or cracked around the red glass dome,it is clean. Has a few dings, nothing major around the chrome, clasp is in great shape and I will not open it up either! The light measures around 8 inches wide and sticks out over 6 inches. So I do not know if it functions- but the bulbs are intact and the housing is fine. The head chrome base is 11-inches in diameter and it's 10-inches tall. The red heavy plastic dome is intact and unbroken- NO CRACKS. The underside base has a coating of surface rust but but not eat into the structural integrity of the base bracket. The label on the chrome base says: MS5 1317- 2, Mfg. Julian A. McDermott Corp. Ridgewood, NY 11227, Light Warning Vehicular 14 V.D.C. Red- then more serial numbers. This is a GREAT old style rotating warning lamp- just need proper installation. Again, I do not know if this lights up- but cosmetically- all seems intact.

Found this in my Dad's collection of stuff he never used. Red rotating light overall dimensions measures 7" H x 5" at the base. The light itself is approx 3.75" The globe is not glass. Nice Vintage Rotating Red Emergency Flashing Light Rota-Beam / Model 66 / 12v
I got this Nice Vintage Rotating Red Emergency Flashing Light from an estate I bought. The tag on the side says“Rota-Beam/ Model 66/ 12 volt/ Whelen Eng. Co. Deep River Conn” I tried it on a 12 v battery and it worked great. The mounting brackets and seal on bottom are there and in good condition and ready to mount(you will need to provide 3 screws) The lens is a little scuffed up(not clear) A little polishing compound should clean it up. The Chrome on the base of the light is very good(there is a little green overspray paint that should steel wool off without much effort) The base is 5 ¼” in diameter and the light stands 5”tall.
