This listing is for 3 Code 3 Arrowstik"pods" as pictured. Recent State Surplus. All have one clear and one amber lens. Tested all Bulbs and they are working but there is no controller for the unit. I can include a mechanical flasher if needed and you could wire up a Wig Wag type pattern for them to flash depending on your application, just let me know at purchase if you need one. Simple Wiring, each pod has a Black Ground wire, then Orange Power wire for one bulb and White Power wire for the other, there are some other wires in the harness(blue) but not needed to test so I'm not sure what they were for, don't know much else about these.
