Whelen Guardian Halogen Mini Lightbar
Up for auction is a Whelen Guardian Halogen Mini Lightbar. This bar has only been on this vehicle for little under 6 months. Very good condition! Lens is shiny with minimal scratches and absolutely NO fading. Lights are new and rotators have been greased up good. The internal plastic frame has no cracks. The reflectors are like new and have almost no dust on them. The housing has never been taken off except to change the lights. This is a very clean bar and also comes with an in-line quick disconnect(pictured) The bar is magnetically mounted to any vehicle roof. Quick disconnect is helpful if you ever need to remove the bar. Whelen Advantedge dual strobe amber mini lightbar
I have a used and vintage Advantedge model dual strobe mini lightbar in this auction. This lightbar was made by Whelen but carries the Austin brand name. Which was an industrial products division of Whelen back in the 1980s before they were merged. Advantedge lightbars in both mini and fullsize are very popular with emergency and safety lighting collectors and this one is unique because of it's rarely seen internal setup of two individual 360 degree helix strobes with their own power supplies. It is working perfectly with bright double pulse flashes from the pair of strobes inside it. The bar has amber lenses and endcaps with vertical optic lines built in to enhance and widely spread the strobe flashes. They are a bit hazy from being constantly outdoors in the elements but they are not cracked or broken and still look decent and would ... morebe noticeably better if they were cleaned and polished. It's internal components appear to be in good overall condition with definite signs of use. And it appears one of the strobes has been replaced at some point since it is newer looking and slightly different in appearance. It has a power cord that was cut very short upon it's removal but it can be easily extended with additional user supplied wiring. As per the eBay disclosure for used electronic items. Which means brighter and better attention getting flashes. This lightbar has been lightly used and it is working perfectly with bright flashes from the rotators and a pair of V shaped mirrors between them that reflect additional flashes. The rotator reflectors and motors. Mirrors, bulbs, and all other internal components are in like new condition with very little indication of use. It has a pair of internal rotators with H-1 halogen bulbs and a slanted mirror between them to reflect flashes. It is previously used but in decent overall condition. But the chrome coating of the reflectors show some dulling from bulb heat and the clear dome is hazy from constant outdoor exposure to the elements. FINAL TIME LISTED rare vintage Whelen Advantedge dual strobe amber mini lightbar
I have an Advantedge model dual strobe mini lightbar in this auction. It was made by Whelen but has a brand name of Austin. Which was a division of Whelen before they merged in the 1980s. These lightbars, in both mini and fullsize, are vintage and are very popular with emergency lighting collectors. This one is unique because it has the basic but rare factory option of a pair of individual 360 degree helix strobes with each strobe having their own separate power supply. It is working perfectly with bright random double pulse flashes from the pair of strobes inside it. The bar has amber lenses and endcaps with vertical optic lines built in to enhance and widely spread the strobe flashes. They are a bit hazy from being constantly outdoors in the elements but they are not cracked or broken and still look decent and would be noticeably better ... moreif they were cleaned and polished. It's internal components appear to be in good overall condition with definite signs of use. And it appears one of the strobes has been replaced at some point since it is newer looking and slightly different in appearance. It has a power cord that was cut short upon it's removal but it can be easily extended with additional wiring. This lightbar is 22.5" in length. 11.5" in width, and 6" in height and weighs about 15 pounds. It will be securely packed for safe transit and insured against possible damage from careless shipping handlers. As per eBay's disclosure for used electronic items. And Ive had it installed on my car a total of two full days of sunshine, no rain or snow. Thanks to my sunroof, it just doesnt look right with how far back it is. It is in brand new condition, both physically and functionally. This is the Version 2 of the bar, and has the newest Whelen modules in it, which are insanely bright. Federal Signal LED Highlighter Amber 15" mini lightbar magnetic New clear dome
Here is a USED Federal Signal LED Highlighter. This has been tested& does work but has 3 LEDs on one side(all right next to each other) that aren't as bright as they should be. The story is this light was being used on a Hearse with Federal's magnetic/suction mounts& flew off. It was run over by the Hearse& mostly crushed. But the light still worked. The main circuit board that the LEDs are attached to has a'bump' in it& a slight crack. Which I'm sure is the reason behind the 3 LEDs mentioned not working right. I bought a brand new clear dome& lower plastic base for the light& re-assembled it. It also has a new 12 ft. cable& 4) new 95 LBS. pull magnets in each corner. So it shouldn't go flying again any time soon. This light also has the magnet-select sensor on top.you touch the sensor with ... morea magnet& that changes the flash patterns. It does have 20 patterns. I attached a couple videos below of the light& changing patterns. Even with the 3 LEDs that have problems. It's still very bright& I wouldn't hesitate to use it tomorrow& keep it in service for years. Manufacture date on the circuit board is 12/2012 so its' not very old. This is a used but working Federal Signal Highlighter LED mini lightbar. Solaris technology. Very bright amber LEDs. Cord cut down to about 6 or 8 inches and is missing the suction cups. This unit does come with pad for permanent mounting(not pictured) Has multiple flash patterns including some that make it look like a halogen rotator. Buyers Amber LED Mini Bar Beacon Roof Mount Light Lightbar 8891100
Auction is for a used Buyers LED Mini Lightbar. This light is in very good shape. However it only has 6 of the usual 10 LED modules inside. I bought the light with a few defective modules, removed them and oriented the remaining 6 for front and side visibility, the back of the light has no LEDs. I used it on the roof of a dump truck where the dump body blocked the back half of the light anyways, can also be used on the rear of a truck with the LEDs facing the rear and sides. There are no magnets on it(was bolted down) and the wire is only about 3 feet long. Please understand what i'm selling before you bid, this does not give off 360 degrees of light. You can also make a custom light if you choose with this. All the remaining modules work as they should and are as bright as a new light. The clear outer dome has some light scratches, etc ... morebut is not yellowed at all. Still a great light for the right setup.
