Box is obviously tattered from age& storage. It looks like it was used somewhat sparingly and is in nice overall shape and would clean up nicely. Small marks& wear. Red crinkle-finish paint is still nice& bright. No keys came with this set and though it looks mostly complete. It comes only with what's shown. I'm told a set of keys can be easily made by a local locksmith since these are(formerly) well known municipal-required locksets and several companies(including BEST Lock Co) made these locks to identical specifications to meet government/code regulations. So the lock type is supposed to be well-known. ... moreThough yellowed& torn, this also comes with original paperwork& diagrams& parts lists& instructions. The 2nd spare glass came already broken but will still be included. This lock was in storage for many years. Lot of 7 Exit Signs Here is a lot of seven(7) used Emergi-Lite emergency exit signs. Model 12WWFP1R-120. Most of them are in good cosmetic condition. A couple of the units have stains and minor scratches. The boxes all open and close easily to reveal the lights and wiring. Please refer to the pictures below for more information on how the units look. The wiring for the back-up incandescent bulbs have all been tested. Each unit has 2 back-up bulbs and 13 out of 14 bulbs lit up when supplied with a DC charge so one unit has only one working back-up bulb out of two. We did not have an AC power supply to test the main fluorescent bulbs so those should be considered untested and not guaranteed to work. For this reason we must sell the units as-is. This is a neat old retro fire alarm bell emergency exit lock from the 1940's. The unit itself is in really good shape and comes with original box(worn& missing lower half) 2x double-sided sheets of paperwork(template diagrams& parts lists& instructions) as shown. The door lock has small nicks/marks/wear but considering it's from the 40's it looks like it was used sparingly and is in really nice shape overall. Red crinkle-finish paint is still nice& bright. Brass is showing through in a few tiny spots of red paint nicks. This lock/alarm bell is nearly a foot long and very heavy. I believe much or most of this is brass(possibly ... moresome bronze) treated steel. No keys came with this set. Though it looks mostly complete, it comes with what's shown in photos and some of the screws/parts are still in sealed/unopened bags. I asked our local locksmith about making keys for it and he said a set of keys can still be easily made since these were well known municipal-ordered locksets and several companies(including BEST Lock Co) made these to identical specifications to meet government/fire code regulations. Amazingly both original supplied white"break glass" inserts are still intact& in very nice shape. This lock was in storage for many years so some of the paperwork is yellowed/stained.
