I have no way of testing it but when I opened the caps it does have all the wiring in it and looks to be new but I am selling it as used because I do not know for sure it works. Lithonia Quantum White Exit Sign - T6 Base Lamp Fixture QM S W 3R/G 120
This is a slightly used Lithonia Quantum Exit Lighting Fixture. Tested and verified in excellent working order. It comes with your standard Green or Red plate backings. Left or right arrow knockouts on both plates, and a solid back plate for wall mount applications. This fixture is a bit older than the newer LED versions from Lithonia(circa 2003) but you can quickly convert this to an LED lit fixture with two(2) T6 base LED lamps, which would bring it from a 15W usage down to ~2W or less, and should last 20 years or more. No battery backup with this unit, but you can contact Lithonia or purchase an aftermarket battery if you wish to add one to it for UL924 compliance.
