It is in good cosmetic and tested working condition. I ran it through several cycles without any problems. I installed a new door seal and removed the cover to inspect for leaks. There are no leaks and the inside of the machine is like brand new.see pics with cover removed) This is called a Speedclave because you can sterilize unwrapped instruments in a 3 minute cycle. I guarantee it will not be DOA. This is a counter top model that is completely self contained. Has an onboard tank that is filled with distilled water every 15-20 cycles. There is a temperature adjustment and gauge and also a 1-30 minute run timer. When a cycle is complete the timer has a buzzer and also shuts the machine off. The door is sealing properly with a new door seal. Has a large chamber 14" deep x 7" diameter and comes with the internal rack and 3 instrument trays. Super easy to operate with instructions permanantly attached to the top. There is a fill/vent button and"Heater" light that glows when the heating element is on. This is a nice little autoclave for a variety of uses. Quickly heats up to operating temperature and virtually silent when being used.
