Miller MIG Welder XR XMT 300 CC/CV Welding System
This is a used Miller extended reach welding system set up for MIG welding from our own operation. We bought it new and have kept it well maintained. It includes everything shown in the pictures. A Miller XR extended reach wire feeder. S-22A constant feed wire feeder, and a XMT 300 CC/CV DC inverter arc welder. This was just calibrated in February at our machine shop. It was used infrequently and is in excellent working condition. The power source also has the capability of gas metal arc, gas metal arc-pulsed, flux cored arc, gas tungsten arc, gas tungsten arc-pulsed, and shielded metal arc welding. It is wired 220 volts and can be picked up at our Stoughton, Ma. facility. If you want it shipped I will work with you on securing the components to a pallet for pick-up by your hired carrier.

This is a 2004 XMT 304 300 Amp Welding Machine. I purchased it on ebay not long ago because i didn't understand that the 304 line has several Phased Machines and styles. This specific Machine is 3 Phase only! It is too exspensive to convert it over to Single phase. However you can buy a Transformer box for Single Phase to convert it to 3 phase power for the machine, it's called a Phase Converter, however i suspect this would be too much for me and something that could mess up and cost as much as the machine to repair in the future. However, This machine does work with exact output Current and Voltage as it reads, which means it's not been abused over the Duty Cycle and holds a constant voltage and current for good welds. Currently set for 208 V. 3-phase. Can be programed(analog) for specific up-slope and down-slope. It has four different current levels for each pulse. High frequency start. Welding current ranges from 5 to 250 A. High and low welding current can be set between 0.01 to 0.99 seconds(independently) Prefusion time range can be set from 1 to 99 seconds. Pre-flow and post-flow range from 4 to 45 seconds. Rotation can be set to desired parameters in degrees. Welding head rotation speed is variable. Based on your need. Cold wire feed rate is also variable. Comes with a wired remote and a cold-wire feed mechanism and mount. This has been an excellent machine for us. Miller 10ft Swingarc Welding Boom w/ 60 Series Feeder
This is a Miller SwingArc welding boom that was modified by the pervious owner. The boom was a SwingArc Digital-2 16. It does not have the original remote/feeder on it. The previous owner modified a S-64(60Series) benchtop feeder to work on this boom. I purchased this boom modified like this. The previous owner had also chopped it down from 16ft to 7ft. When I purchased the boom the boom itself had been damaged in shipping(no apparent damage to the remote/feeder- other than(minor) damage to the tension lever& indicator. The welding boom now is in great condition. I replaced the main tube on the boom. It now has a 10ft reach. All components have been cleaned and all the blue repainted. The tension indicator was damaged so I fitted it with a homemade piece. The drive roller tension lever was also broken. I rewelded a modified handle to ... morethe original. I connected this boom to a Miller 452 power supply. Adjusted the settings to approx. 29V 440IPM and welded a 3/8" bead(x2 8in fillets) This boom/feeder/remote all worked correctly and produced a good weld. There is of course minor cosmetic defects and the repairs made(listed above) however this boom is now in great shape and looks like new equipment. I am selling AS IS(no returns) and Local Pick Up Only. You can have the equipment when payment is received in full. Miller SR-150-32 DC Welding Power Source For sale is this used Miller SR-150-32 DC Welding Power Source. It is overall in good used condition for a piece of industrial equipment. It has the normal slight scratches and scrapes from use. But no major dents or damage. No damage that would affect usability. We were able to hook it up to 220V 3Ph and it powered on fine. The fan ran and we let it run for about 30 minutes and it ran fine. We then arc welded about half a stick and it welded very well. My mechanic said it welds better than most welders he has used. Does not include any accessories that aren't shown in the photos.
