Here is a used HP 54602B Oscilloscpe. It is in good used condition. No major marks or damages. Some natural wear from use and storage. A couple of spots of tape residue from old calibration stickers and asset tags. Powers on. Functions respond. Shell shows some cosmetic wear, however nothing major. Please see photos for details. Does not include any accessories. We tested all 4 channels of this Oscilloscope with a Wavetek Model 187 Signal Generator. Unit was able to correctly process and display the signals output by the generator. Velleman PCSGU250"PC-Lab 2000 LT" TEST& CONFIRMED WORKING. I did some testing today to make sure it works and it does! Channel#1. 2 and signal generator tested OK. I tested time and frequency domain by looping back a 50kHz sine-wave using a 1:1 BNC cable. Both tested fine, I double checked and they look fine on my Agilent scope as well. I have used the Bode feature before and it is really useful. This was an awesome scope for my undergraduate Electrical Engineer courses. It is great for projects and jobs too; surprisingly capable. Downloading data to csv is pretty easy too. To my knowledge includes everything it came with originally(see photos) except box. If it came with a CD. Up for auction is a Tektronix 100MHz oscilloscope model 2245A. This is a 4-channel scope and as can be seen in the pictures all 4 channels work. The auction includes a Tektronix probe and a new power cord. The scope has acquired a few small scratches over the years but no ugly dents. Cracks or broken/missing knobs. Both the top and second down square trace is from my ancient, and far from perfect, homemade function generator, the sine wave is from the signal generator and the very nice clean bottom square wave is from the oscilloscope onboard calibration signal. The home made function generator, signal generator, cables and connectors are not included in the auction. This is a vintage Tektronix oscilloscope type 545A serial no. 039597. I do not have a cord and it has not been tested. On the top there is a brass plate that reads: Station Tool No. 204 146797 U.S. Navy. On the side there is a green plastic plate that reads: N.A.R.F. Shop 94501 Blgd.3220 Test Equipment jj-357. It has 4 inventory stickers and years-1983-1984-and 2 1987. There is also paperwork that is in the last picture. I do not know if it works for I have no cord to test it. It does have numerous tubes but I do not know if it has all of them. I have it listed for pick-up only but I am willing to work with anyone on how to ship it or deliver it. This oscilloscope has been in occasional use on my bench for approximately 10 years. Performing without issue. It has been tested recently and found to be within original specs. Useful bandwidth extends considerably beyond its 100MHz spec. The unit is clean and the trace is sharp and bright. It includes a pouch for accessories It comes with a nearly new HP 9150 probe(150MHz) with accessories. A printed copy of the Tektronix Instruction and Service Manual, and a power cord. The instruction manual will benefit anyone purchasing his first scope(and nice to have for oldtimers, too) I've never had to access the service portion of the manual so this may be both a first and a last oscilloscope. TEKTRONIX 2901 Time Mark Generator/Oscilloscope Calibrator Tested Within Spec's!
I purchased this Lab Grade Unit for use in my shop and it has served me well! This unit is in Excellent Clean condition! It is most useful in calibrating an Oscilloscope or anytime you are testing a piece of equipment and need to inject a calibrated time-marker signal. There are plenty of pictures. So please look at them and ask any questions. Notice how clean and well laid-out this unit is designed with the covers off. This unit is very easy to calibrate. I will include a binded xerox copy of the instruction manual, which is all that I have used with this unit. I performed the following performance checks and tweaked a few calibration adjustments so that the readings were right on the money. Instead of the usual plus or minus 5% or 1% allowance. I checked the output of the 50nano second Marker Output. Within spec.s 5. I checked the 5 micro second Marker Output. Spacing was correct and amplitude exceeded.5v per division( pictures 7 show the 2901 generator set for 5ms, pic 8 shows the scope picture from my Tektronix 453-A2 and pic 9 shows the scope time/div setting at 5ms. 6.
