The back two feet are missing. Notes: This scope is in PARTIAL working condition. The CMOS battery is dead so it doesn't hold its date or BIOS settings. The bad problem is that it will not trigger properly off high frequency signals. Above a few hundred MHz the signals start to display erratically. And at 1GHz it is just about all strange timing noise riding a sine carrier(see bottom/left of 5th photo) ... moreAll 4 channels are able to display signals and the display is bright and clear. The knobs and LEDs all work. When we got to the Self-test screen, there were several FAILED messages. We ran the self-tests again and they all PASSED. This powerful oscilloscope has a 1 GHz bandwidth(350 ps rise time. With 10 ps time resolution) and a nice color screen. Has two channels, and two additional exte rnal trigger inputs. It has many useful features. Such as variable/infinite persistence, sophisticated logic triggering modes, lots of automatic measurements, and the ability to display one channel versus the other. It also has a modular input/probe preamplifier scheme that uses plugins for different applications such as high-speed active probes. This one comes with 3 general-purpose 50 ohm input pods. As with all HP instruments, the use/repairs manuals for this can be downloaded free from Agilent or from other websites. I have checked out the functions of the scope pretty extensively. And everything works well. It has not been calibrated for a while but does not seem to be way off ... morefor anything I would use it for.
