Up for auction is the following item: 1 Tektronix 7904A Mainframe oscilloscope with four plugins: Two 7A26. 7B85, and a 7A24 that I kept as a spare. Serial number is BO41236; it has options 02 and 78. Comes with a P6120 probe, too! This current setup makes it a 4-channel oscilloscope. Some of the knobs are a little dirty, as to be expected, but overall, it works great. All of the switches move, the knobs turn, etc. Electrically, it works great. The traces are sharp and bright; the screen does not appear to have any burn. The first screen shot is of a 1mhz wave; the second is 100mhz. The cooling fan sometimes makes a little rattle when you first turn it on, but after about 30 second, it quiets right down. I've had the scope for about 5 years. And it hasn't given me a bit of trouble. The use has been light; I'm just a hobbyist, ... morenot a professional user. So, why would I sell it? Well.it's a big scope, physically, and I just really don't have the room on my bench anymore. I originally purchased it not to be used an as oscilloscope, but to get a 7L14 spectrum analyser plugin for it and use it as an SA, but, well, that just didn't happen, as that's one pricey plugin!
