This came in from a test facility that had some older equipment that they didn't need anymore. This looks like it was in storage and not used for awhile. A lot of stuff we get from h ere works fine. See a lot of great positive feedbacks we have gotten from these. And haven't been tested and sold as parts/repair, so must have been pretty good! I am not a technician, but I did plug it in and it fired up okay. F irst powered up and showed a trace pretty much centered in the lower part of the grid. I moved the trace left/right. Up/down. Increased/decreased intensity. Adjusted the focus, etc. I decided to punch a bunch of buttons to get the panel to light up and show that it does seem to work somewhat. Came up with two different traces, with two lines in each trace. Picture three has a dual trace in the center(center two lines) with a bigger dual trace(upper and lower lines) enclosing the inner dual trace.There is not much else I can do to test this since I have no probes. Machine looks great and looks like it would run just fine. B ut since I can't test. Will be selling as a parts/repair unit and sold AS IS. Showed some things I can do, and looks to work somewhat. I am not a technician, but I did plug it in and it fired up okay. F irst powered up and showed a trace pretty much centered in the lower part of the grid. I moved the trace left/right. Up/down. Increased/decreased intensity. Adjusted the focus, etc. I decided to punch a bunch of buttons to get the panel to light up and show that it does seem to work somewhat. Came up with two different traces, with two lines in each trace. Picture three has a dual trace in the center(center two lines) with a bigger dual trace(upper and lower lines) enclosing the inner dual trace.There is not much else I can do to test this since I have no probes. A lot of stuff we get from h ere works fine. See a lot of great positive feedbacks we have gotten from these. And haven't been tested and sold as parts/repair, so must have been pretty good! I am not a technician, but I did plug it in and it fired up okay. F irst powered up and showed a trace pretty much centered in the lower part of the grid. I moved the trace left/right. Up/down. Increased/decreased intensity. Adjusted the focus, etc. I decided to punch a bunch of buttons to get the panel to light up and show that it does seem to work somewhat. Came up with two different traces, with two lines in each trace. Picture three has a dual trace in the center(center two lines) with a bigger dual trace(upper and lower lines) enclosing the inner dual trace.There is not much else I can do to test this since I have no probes. Machine looks great and looks like it would run just fine. B ut since I can't test. Will be selling as a parts/repair unit and sold AS IS. Showed some things I can do, and looks to work somewhat. It works up past 350 MHz and even shows up to 2GHz on Freq measurement in 10x. but attenuation/cal becomes an issue way up there if you want more than a look/state on the wave form. Notice the picture with 500pS per division on 10x probe. that is a wave at 450MHz top of band width. but plenty of room to see even more. Normal minor scratches but looks very presentable and clean with most of the attaching hardware. Everything seems to work.This is a nice clean 100Mhz oscope made by tektronix. It looks good and works well. I will include one generic X10 scope probe(not the one in the picture) and one coax cable with this nice 4 channel oscope. As well as a power cable. I have some other signal generators. Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and other test equipment that has to go as well so please keep up with my upcoming and existing listings.

Description This is a tested and fully working Tektronix TDS744A 4 channel digital oscilloscope with color display(serial number B010455) It has a bandwidth of 500MHz. And 2GS/s sampling rate. It has options 1F(floppy drive) 13(RS-232 and Centronix) 2F(advanced DSP math including FFT) and 1M(500,000 point record length) Condition It has been tested and is guaranteed to be in working condition. It passes all self tests and SPC reliably. The screen has some mild burn in that's not visible under normal use. The LCD color shutter is in perfect condition. It is in excellent physical condition. Apart from a few superficial scratches and dents in the cabinet. It's clean inside and out. It is missing two of the plastic feet and the wire stand. HP 54112D Digitizing Oscilloscope 4 Channel Up for auction is a used HP 54112D Digitizing Oscilloscope 4 Channel. This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are all in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The screen is in good condition as well with no cracks or burned in areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. The fans automatically kicked on without any problems. After the item ran the initial power up self test it returned back that the item had passed. The item did start to flash"front panel calibration needed" but we are not able to perform this and we cleared ... moreit out. We connected this item to a function generator(not included) and were able to test all four channels without any issues. The item read the function generator and the graph showed the correct reading. We were also able to use all function buttons without any issues or problems. This item includes the proper power cable. We guarantee this item to be fully functional and as described as above.
