Has been tested, is working but has issues. 1) The channel 1 input is missing the locking tabs for the probe on the connector; the input still works. 2) The Channel 2 input connector is cracked; the input still works. 3) There was some leakage in the battery compartment of the unit; it has been cleaned and works with either alkaline or Ni-Cad batteries. This Scope includes the original 2 Hitachi Oscilloscope Probes in their packaging. AT-10AR, R/C Input 10 M Ohm/ 19.5 pFarads, ATT Ratio 1/10. This is a good instrument to diagnose electrical circuit/ experiment problems or to locate a bad component in an amplifier. Stereo, radio, etc since you can actually"see" how a particular component is working, not working well, or simply not working at all. And it helps to be able to see two channels at once so you can compare signals, such as input and output. For example in an amplifier circuit you can look at the input and work backwards from the output to see where the fault lies.
