HP Agilent 54622A 2 Channel 100MHz Oscilloscope Up for auction is a used HP Agilent 54622A 2 Channel Mega Zoom 100MHz Oscilloscope. This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are all in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The screen is in good condition as well with no cracks or burned in areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. The fans automatically kicked on without any problems. After the item ran the initial power up self test it returned back that the item had passed. We connected this item to a function generator(not included) and were able to test all four channels ... morewithout any issues. The item read the function generator and the graph showed the correct reading. We were also able to use all function buttons without any issues or problems. This item includes the proper power cable. Please note that we have several of these items available and the one received may not be the exact one pictured below but in similar condition. Nice HP/Agilent 54110D 1 GHz Digitizing Oscilloscope 54002A Probe Pods, TESTED!
This powerful oscilloscope has a 1 GHz bandwidth(350 ps rise time. With 10 ps time resolution) and a nice color screen. Has two channels, and two additional exte rnal trigger inputs. It has many useful features. Such as variable/infinite persistence, sophisticated logic triggering modes, lots of automatic measurements, and the ability to display one channel versus the other. It also has a modular input/probe preamplifier scheme that uses plugins for different applications such as high-speed active probes. This one comes with 3 general-purpose 50 ohm input pods. As with all HP instruments, the use/repairs manuals for this can be downloaded free from Agilent or from other websites. I have checked out the functions of the scope pretty extensively. And everything works well. It has not been calibrated for a while but does not seem to be way off ... morefor anything I would use it for. It passes all of its self tests(see photos) The colors came out a bit flat in the photos(the blue trace looks very similar to the gray background grid) but in person they are bright and vibrant. You can customize the colors infinitely for all aspects of the display- could have a white background or something if you want. I know almost nothing about how to use or properly test an oscilloscope. All I can tell you is that it powers up and passed its internal diagnostics. I simply downloaded a copy of the User Manual and figured out how to run the diagnostics routine. I ran it 3 times to be sure I did it correctly and it said it passed all 3 times, as you can see in Photos#3& 4. Beyond this, I cannot tell you anything more other than what you can see from looking at the photos, nor can I assure the bidder in any way that this oscilloscope will be 100% functional. It is technically a used item. But I can tell you that cosmetically speaking, this machine is in ... moreabsolutely Like New, Pristine condition. I cannot see any scratches, nicks or dents anywhere.
