MILLER CP 250TS MIG WELDER WITH 10A WIRE FEEDER 20 FOOT GUN LONG REACH CABLES
This is a Miller CP 250 TS MIG Welder with a Miller 10A wire feeder. It has a Tweco 20 foot gun and about 12 feet of cables from the feeder to the machine so you can set the wire feeder up to 12 feet from the machine and with the extra long gun weld up to 30 feet away from the power source. Also comes with the gas regulator and hose and ground cable. Input is 220/440 3 phase. Output is 250 amps 100% duty cycle. It is an older machine so it has all copper coils and it welds really nice. If you have 3 phase power in your shop you can't beat these machines for mig welding. They don't overheat and you can get a really nice weld all day long if need be. They are also rugged and reliable. Came out of a truck repair shop so it wasn't used daily, just as needed for repairs. This sets on a Miller cart with shelf for gas bottles in the ... moreback. It rolls very smooth. Also has a terminal strip for the older Miller spool gun in front. We welded with it and everything works as it should. All you need to do is add a bottle of gas and wire, hook it to power and start welding. I will ship or you can pick it up here. If you are looking at this sale you know what these machines are capable of welding and what they sell for. Voltage taps allow it to operate on 240/480/575 3 phase. In addition to the Deltaweld. The setup comes with an S-64 wire feeder in excellent condition. The feeder has the trigger lock option that allows the operator to toggle the the wire feed on and off instead of holding the trigger in to weld. That switch has a broken paddle on it, but otherwise works fine. The feeder has drive wheels installed for 1/16 wire. There is a Tweco#5 MIG gun included as well that is rated to 500 amps. It is also set up for 1/16 wire. Consumables are widely available and very reasonable. We are not offering ... morea CO2 regulator or hose with the machine. Also. The machine and the wire feed are both very dependable and everything works just like it's supposed to work. The machine comes with everything except a mig gun and a gas cylinder. We have run mostly solid gas shielded mig wire. And metal cored mig wire on this machine. We have run some flux cored wire as well. The machine has always done a great job. Good condition. Excellent working wire feeder. Has a new ProFax 400 amp gun and a new contactor. It's currently set up to run.030 solid wire, but I have the drive rolls and guide tubes for.045 solid/flux core wire. Have several extra nozzles, diffusers, and various size tips. This machine is guaranteed not DOA. I sold the inverter that powered this feeder, now no longer have a use for it. It has an almost empty spool of.030 ER70S-6 wire in it now. I will ship it with no spool to cut down shipping cost. I do have a new 33# spool of the same wire that I can ship with the machine for an additional cost.
