You are viewing a 1907 Enterprise Fruit Wine Jelly Press(Sausage Stuffer) I put sausage stuffer in quotations cause some people use this as a stuffer? I totally broke this down and gave it a electolysis cleaning and gave the bowl and auger a seasoning as you would a cast iron skillet which makes it ready for use. This piece was galvanized after the casting was done by the manufacturer. There are no breaks or cracks on this piece but the one original wing nut was broke and the mounting nut was broke but is still operatable but I will be putting new ones in when it is shipped. This will be broke down for shipping. The last picture added is with the original thumb bolt I detailed it as you can see by the pics. This would make a nice addition to a collection or use. Up for auction is an 8 quart cast iron antique Enterprise sausage stuffer/ fruit press. It has 2 patent dates of 1876 and 1883. There is nothing broken. Chipped, cracked or repaired. The crank operates smoothly from top to bottom. It comes as shown in the pics with no other attachments or parts. Any attachment you might need can be found on eBay. The entire press was wire brushed and coated with vegetable shortening to preserve and protect the look. The wood handle is crack free. A nice clean cast iron antique stuffer for your collection. This is the 1 model of Cider/Duck Press made by Enterprise Manufacturing Co. Out of Philadelphia. The model is marked with a patent date and another date: April 10, 1883 and July 11 1876. Has that nice used appeal of an antique model and lots of character to it. This comes with the sausage stuffer attachments. No damage that I can see. Some light corosion here or there as shown, but most of the detail of the gold band is still there on the base of the press.

Hello.Up for auction is a fully functioning antique cast iron Enterprise Mfg Co. 4 quart sausage stuffer, or press. All parts are there(removable handle, small plate, large plate, stainer basket, strainer plate, original aluminum sausage stuffer spout, with cast iron nut) It is in as found condition. The basket holds 4 quarts and measures about 7" high and 7" in diameter. The entire apparatus is about 24" tall when fully open. This device is fully functioning, the gears and handle easily turn, and it easily opens and closes. You are viewing a Rare Antique 4 Qt. National Sausage Stuffer Lard/Wine Fruit Cider Press Complete. This was bought at an estate auction. From what the family says she was 93 and bought this when it was brand new, she had past in 2013 so she would have been born in 1920. I broke this completely down and gave it a good electrolysis cleaning and seasoned it as you would a cast iron skillet. There are no cracks, chips or breaks in this piece and I gave it my own little touch on the decor. This is a complete set. National was a branch off of the Enterprise in 1897, it was believed that one of the employees from Enterprise wanted to simplify the sausage stuffer apart from The Enterprise way of manufacturing. Hence the bucket being removable which made it easier to clean, but the basic concept of it is the same as the Enterprise. Exactly like Grandma used to use. Made in the USA and of cast iron. It can be the new family heirloom for generations to come. This unit holds 8 liquid quarts which equates to approximately 16 pounds of meat. Unit quickly disassembles for easy cleaning and comes with a single 3/4" metal spout(hog casings) The Deluxe model doubles as a fruit and lard press as well as sausage stuffer. Also comes with a stainless steel strainer basket, small and large plunger plates. Possibly the oldest name in USA-made sausage stuffers and grinders would be Enterprise Manufacturing. Now known as Chop-Rite. There are still Enterprise stuffers and grinders in use today, some over 100 years old! They are built to last and are made of cast iron and other quality materials from the original designs. Bought in the mid-1900's, the Enterprise Manufacturing ... morecompany was renamed to Chop-Rite Mfg. Using the same design as the original Enterprise stuffers and grinders, parts are interchangeable with the older equipment. This Chop-Rite is used and shows signs of wear. But it is still in overall excellent condition, especially considering its age. The only things of consequence to mention are that there is a little rust on different components of the unit. Everything I know to remove rust shouldn’t be used on food preparation items. So I haven’t cleaned it off. I would recommend you plan to thoroughly clean this item prior to use, just like you should with all food preparation items. This unit is mounted on a wooden board and I will ship it attached. Nice and clean sausage stuffer. Don't know it's history, looks almost like new' but it may have been used a couple times, since there are a couple spots of oxidation.or maybe it's just because it's been sitting around for several years. In great condition, it's very heavy and large, IMHO. Body of stuffer is 10.5 in long. 4in. Wide and 7 in talk(without handle) Handle is 17.5 in long. includes 3 plastic nozzles. 4 bolts for mounting to the table, and a bunch of brown sausage bags, new unused, clean. Comes with original box and some paperwork. Up for bid is a Vintage Chop-Rite Deluxe Cast Iron Sausage Meat Press Enterprise Stuffer Grinder just like Grandma used to use! Made in the USA and of cast iron. It can be the new family heirloom for generations to come. This unit holds 8 liquid quarts which equates to approximately 16 pounds of meat. Unit quickly disassembles for easy cleaning. The Standard model is primarily for stuffing sausage. Whereas the Deluxe model doubles as a fruit and lard press and comes additionally with a steel strainer basket, smaller plunger plate& a perforated plate. Early Enterprise #5 2 Quart Sausage Stuffer Fruit/Lard Press (hard to find)
You are bidding on a Early Enterprise#5 2 Quart Sausage Stuffer Fruit/Lard Press. This is a rare early version with ratchet type screw. Enterprise Mfg. Co. Cast Iron. This type of ratchet screw is very hard to find and it is the smallest of the Enterprise presses. It is approximately 14" tall with the ratchet screwed down to it's lowest point. I broke this down and gave it an electrolysis cleaning and it is in very good shape with no cracks or breaks or repairs in the body or arch I gave it a light seasoning inside the bucket as you would a cast iron skillet. This piece is ready for use. All parts and pieces on this press are original except for the horn and the label but the label is period correct. This may be broke down for shipping. Vintage Enterprise 2 QT. No. 15 Sausage stuffer press
Here I have a vintage sausage press from the Enterprise mfg. company with NO RESERVE! This was found in my grandfathers garage and is sold as is. The best I can tell is that it comes from the late 1800s. It does not include the strainer plate or strainer basket that originally came with it. It does come with the nozzle and coupler that goes on the front of it. I'm not sure the nozzle is useable. It's pretty bent up(see pics) There's some rust that would need to be addressed to restore it but otherwise it's in good shape and it seems to operate normally. This is all I can really tell you about it but if you have any question feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer. Antique 4 QT Cast Iron Enterprise Fruit, Lard, Wine Press, Sausage Stuffer 1876
For your consideration is a fully functioning antique cast iron Enterprise Mfg Co. 4 quart sausage stuffer. Or press. Parts include a press plate, strainer basket, strainer plate, and press. This was an estate find over 10 years ago and has been carefully stored until now. The basket holds 4 quarts and measures about 7" high and 7" in diameter. The entire apparatus is about 24" tall when fully open. The lettering design of this press is unique in that the letters were not pressed into the iron like most of the of their units. Rather the letter is free standing adding a unique and artistic design. This device is fully functioning. The gears and handle easily turn, and it easily opens and closes. The metal has great patina. The black wood handle is in great condition with no cracks. There is a small crack on the inside of the ... morecast which is why the repair strap was added. This vintage heavy duty cast iron sausage stuffer/fruit press is marked"Enterprise Mfg. Co. Phila. U.S.A. on upper frame and"Pat. July 17. 06" on brass spout. I believe it is a 4 qt. unit? and appears complete with 2 cast iron press plates(1"Large" and other"Small" 2 removable handle/cranks(one is heavier duty than the other) metal strainer bucket(used for fruit) with a removable cast iron perforated bottom plate, cast iron spout coupling and brass spout. Unit is in as found used working condition. The press plate marked small(for use with the strainer tub) has an older welded repair and operates fine(see pics) No other breaks or cracks to unit. Needs a good cleaning and oiling. Unit is approx. 29 in. tall by approx. 16 in. across to tip of wooden handle on crank.
