This unit operates for about 10 minutes and then experiences some sort of problem which causes the trace to expand. I believe this is a thermal issue. If you allow the unit to cool it will once again operate correctly(for another ten minutes) and then the problem re-appears. I am listing this unit as REPAIRS REQUIRED. This unit is tested as described above and shown in the listing photos. Item shows the effects of age and ordinary wear and tear and has the defect described. But is otherwise in good condition. I do not have the power supply for this unit. The 222 operates from 16-20 VAC or 12-28 VDC and requires approximately 15 watts of power via a standard coaxial power connector on the rear panel. Tektronix 7934 500MHz Storage Oscilloscope Mainframe with 7A26, 7A19, two 7B92A
The 7934 is top of the line for the 7000 series oscilloscopes and the 7B92A's are close if not the top of the line for 7000 series Time Bases. This piece is really clean overall and is ready to go into a Tektronix museam. Powers up fine every time. Fan is working and is quiet. Both channels of the 7A26 were tested and they work. Both 7B92A's were tested and they work. The storage function was tested and it works. See the 3rd picture for the storage function test. I have not found anything on the mainframe or plug-in modules that is not working. These are some scuffs. Scraps and sticker/sticker residue on various places of the unit. Tektronix 466 100MHz 2-CH Storage Oscilloscope
This is a Tektronix 466 Storage Oscilloscope. Clean and not beatup. I was able to get the traces on the CRT one time then when I clean the front I was not able to get the traces back. You can see the trace with the beam finder and the CRT lights up when you press the storage button. Do not know if something got set wrong and cannot get the trace back or if the scope has another problem. Scope will be sold as is for parts or fixup. Would be a great parts set.
