Tektronix oscilloscope 2445 with GPIB
This Tektronix model 2445 with GPIB was in a room where there was a fire and has some discoloration and has a small knob on the readout intensity that is a bid deformed and one front foot that has a little damage but as far as being functional the scope seems to work perfectly except for the on/off button which sticks a little but still turns the unit on and off. It could use a good cleaning but as you can see by the pictures it is a good working unit and comes with a pouch and 5 probes, 1 direct probe and 2 10x probes and 2 switchable 1x/10x combo probes. One of the 10x probes has a 9 foot reach and one has a 6.5 foot reach. it also comes with a power cord. I have taken the best pictures I can to show the discoloration. This scope should be purchased only by trained and qualified electrical technicians that understand the dangers of working with electrical circuits and know how to do so safely following the precautions listed in operators manuals. The oscilloscope is a portable 400Mhz instrument having a four channel vertical deflection system. Channel 1 and 2 provide calibrated deflection factors from 2mV per division to 5 V per division. Input impedance is selectable between either 1M ohm or 50 ohm internal termination. Input signal coupling with 1 M ohm can be selected as for AC od DC. Channel 3 and 4 have deflection factors of either 0.1V or 0.5 V per division. These inputs have an input impedance of 1 M ohm with DC input signal coupling. The Horizontal deflection system provides calibrated sweep speeds from 1.5 s per division to 500 ps per division. Drive for the horizontal deflection system is obtained from a choice of A.B,delayed, A alternated with B delayed sweeps, or Channel 1 for the X-Y mode. tektronix 2465 300mhz 4 channel oscope scope works. i bought this from a tech company that closed 2 years ago and have used it little.it passes the self checks.Display is clean and crisp,buttons and knobs are good. 2 back feet come off but are usable.handle is good. i am also including a cd of the service/user manual with the gpib instructions too. installed gpib and option 10. Scope has had several calibrations over the years. service stickers present. no recent calibration but appears to be within specs. selling as is.If you need guaranteed accuracy i would recommend a new calibration otherwise it should be good for general use. nice scope in the original tektronix shipping box well protected with spray foam. the probe shown is not included. Tektronix 2430 Oscilloscope Here is a nice Oscilloscope up for auction. This was used by me for the last 10+ years and has never had a problem. Very well cared for and was always mounted on a cart. There is no problems but has not had a full calibration for a few years but as far as I have seen there was no need as there was never a question to its accuracy. The unit has very few scuffs or scratches but it is used.
