There are a few known issues. Here is what I found: Fair cosmetic condition. Front panel is a little dirty. The'Trace Rotation' knob is missing. The other knobs and connectors are in place• Power switch is not moving in and out(it is always turned on when plugged in) Trace position for both channels 1 and 2 adjust up and down and left and right• Focus control works. But the pot is probably dirty as it temporarily distorts during adjustment• Display appears good and adjusts from bright to dim• All other controls. It is very clean for its age and only shows slight discoloration on front where previous owner had a sticker. This is a great scope all around. Comes with Scope.
