This came in from a test facility that had some older equipment that they ... moredidn't need anymore. This looks like it was in storage and not used for awhile. A lot of stuff we get from h ere works fine. See a lot of great positive feedbacks we have gotten from these. And haven't been tested and sold as parts/repair, so must have been pretty good! I am not a technician, but I did plug it in and it fired up okay. F irst powered up and showed a trace on the grid. I moved the trace left/right. Up/down. Increased/decreased intensity. Adjusted the focus, etc. I decided to turn a few switches and came up with two different traces, since it is a dual trace oscope. First picture has a dual trace in the center of the display, where I adjusted the traces so they were above and below the 0 grid.There is not much else I can do to test this since I have no probes. Machine looks great and looks like it would run just fine. B ut since I can't test. Will be selling as a parts/repair unit and sold AS IS. Our Boy Scout Troop received a donation of an RCA Model WO-56A 7" Oscilloscope. It is fairly clean. And appears to work-that is it lights up when I plugged it in. A green spot appears and the controls seem to work. BUT-I don't know anything about oscilloscopes and can only say that it appears to work. Here are some basics on this model. I am guessing that the unit is complete. It appears as if a very quiet cooling fan was added to the rear of the item. I would prefer a pick up. Rather than shipping.
