Up for auction is a 6 foot Woods BB72X BrushBull rotary cutter mower deck. It was bought new by me in 2011 but it has never been used. Other than mounting to the tractor to move: once to store, once to photograph. I don't recall ever even attaching the PTO, definitely has never cut a single blade of grass. This cutter is as nice as they come other than off the showroom floor. It is for sale in other classifieds, so this auction may be terminated early. JOHN DEERE 60” MOWER DECK with MOUNTING HARDWARE for 755 TRACTOR 855 955
This is an extra mower that came with a 755 I recently acquired. I was told it is a working deck that was replaced for a newer deck. Everything spins easily. The previous owner claimed it was loud but it didn’t vibrate. I couldn’t f eel any play in the bearings when I tried to wiggle the blades by hand. Complete with PTO shaft. Mounting arms, hitch, covers and good belt I believe everything is here to mount it on a 755 except for one pin where the front arms attach to the hitch. I am told the PTO shaft and the front arms are to short for the 855 and 955 One PTO shaft end has a keyway for the shaft on the deck and the other end is for a splined shaft on the tractor. I understand the tractors may be different and the driveshaft end can be changed. Some dings in the deck and it is starting to develop a few holes.
