I hate to sell this welder but I have been carrying this around for 2 years and feel it would be better for someone to buy it who will use it. I purchased the welder from a surplus sale about 10- 15 years ago and ran it up to about 2 years ago. I had a small weld shop in the south east. This welder was the work horse of the shop. This welder has welded allot of aluminium. Stainless, copper nickel, and carbon steel. It has made its money back 3000 times. The machine is good, the TIG system works great, I have even used it with a miller wire feed system as the primary power source. Machine comes with a 300 amp Jackson stinger that is approximately 25 foot. the pig tail is 14 feet with a attached ground that is approximately 12 feet with an additional ground extinction of another 12 feet. The electrician disconnected it 2 years ago when I had to close down the shop, and she has been sitting in a box with plastic wrap on it for 2 years. This machine is heavy. Hello here is a like new Millermatic 211 Auto-Set w/MVP. Serial number MB292020N. There has been very little usage, the original wire spool is missing very little wire. The pictures are of all you will receive. The welder will be packed in it's original box, and shipped that way. The cart will be disassembled, and packed separately. Nutserts" were installed on the bottom of the welder, and four holes drilled in the cart to prevent the welder from moving around. The buyer needs to reassemble the cart, put the welder on it and use the four screws I will include, to prevent the welder from moving around. The buyer will need to install the ground cable assembly, the trigger and feed cable assembly, put on the spool of wire and feed it thru the gun. All is spelled out clearly in the Miller manual which is included. THERE IS MORE TO IT ... moreTHAN THAT, but its really not difficult. One more thing, THAT SPOOL OF WIRE IS WOUND TIGHT- YOU NEED TO REALLY HOLD THE END FIRMLY WITH PLIERS WHEN YOU START TO FEED IT INTO THE CABLE- AS IT WANTS TO UN WIND-LIKE A SPRING! I'll put a warning on the machine. The welder comes with two power cord adapters as shown in the picture. A 115volt, 20 amp 5-20p was not included in the package from Miller, I guess they assume its not that common, but it can be purchased from Miller. Also, there are no extra contact tips included, either none were included, or I can't find them. Or course they are readily available. This welder will operate on 208/240/480 3-phase power. We used it at our shop and wanted to upsize to a Deltaweld for some bigger jobs. So this has become surplus. No bottle supplied but we will leave the flow regulator and hose with it. The Arkill plug shown in the photos will not sell with the machine, but we have left it on for anyone to test weld. We can load some.035 wire and connect a gas bottle for test welding.
