Simplicity Conquest Garden Tractor 20 Horsepower 54" Deck O HIO Previous owner bo ught this new in October of 2002. I have the manual and original sales invoice. He ha d an issue with the engine in 2006. He had a new Briggs Vangaur d(Brigg s& Stratton's best engine) in stalled in 2006. See stamp on the engine. The tractor itself only has 531 hours on it. Previous owner estimated that the new eng ine has 175 hours on it. Previous owner s tated that he removed the spindle belt covers due to debris getting cau ght in them. At that time. He bought a spare belt and left the covers off. He never had another iss ue with it. Thus. A new Simplicity deck belt is included. The belt covers are included with the purchase. The discharge guard is also inclu ded. See pictures. Previous owner stated that the only issue with the tractor is a possible ... morebad voltage r e gulator as he was hav ing issue s with the electric PTO disengaging after a bout a half hour of use. He i nstalled a new battery and used a battery tender on it and did not have any more iss ues. I bought this tractor on Sunday 5-19-2013. I bought it with the intention to resell it and make a few hundred bucks off of it. I f it doesn't sell. I'd have no issue keeping it as my main mower. I have approximately 3 acres of hilly terrain to mow. I currently have a Simplicity Regent with an upgraded transaxle unit. Two John Deere 318's, a farm tractor with a 72" finish mower, and now this Simplicity C onquest. The two Simplicity's definitely offer the best cut of the bunch. I mowed all of my yard with this C onquest on 5-19-2013. I had it running for three hours and did not have any issues with the battery. Plenty of power. Excellent c ut. The brakes are good, the diff lock works. Etc. In addition to the diff lock. It also has a limited sli p/posi traction rear e nd. The t ires are excellent sh ape. The steering is good. In summary. Kubota BX1800 tractor with 4wd, 54" mower, needs work!
Up for sale today. Kubota bx1800 4wd diesel powered tractor with 54" mid mount mower. Someone with a little mechanical know how is going to get a bargain! This tractor was recently traded in for a new one because the mid pto was not working. I have not looked at it myself but was told it was thought to be an internal problem. Machine does run and work otherwise but the pto/transaxle is one unit so before tractor is used much at all it should be fixed as it could lead to more problems. However, at this point, it does run very good, and drives as well. I will not be driving it at all here to demonstrate or otherwise because I do not want to cause more damage. Could use new battery(i keep it charged) A new seat, and a new right fender(can be welded) Brakes are soft and need pumped when using, but I got hydraulic fluid and filter today and i think changing it will fix it. Tilled and brush hogged past weekend with it and no problems. Downsizing and no need for so many tractors. Have 2440 on here and can give some cash back if you buy both as will make it easier on shipping and such for me. Big wide tires on back and truck tires on front. 6,874 hours.
