I got it back from the John Deere dealership a few weeks ago to rebuild the Mid PTO and replace gaskets. Every gasket in the mid PTO was replaced as well as in the final drive. Spent $3291.68(mostly labor. See pictures for page 4 or receipt) After I recieved it back the powering steering started to leak and I decided to just buy a new machine. If you have the know how to work on these then this is the tractor for you. THE TRACTOR: The tractor runs good as it is. There are a some things that it will need: New switch for lights. Lights work great, switch is tight though. A few light bulbs for lights- The power steering leaks. It needs a new seal ... morein the top(see video below) We just ordered the seal kit and it will be included. A diagram can be It was used with it leaking and it worked. It just something that needs to be done. Hours meter does not work. Reads 1820. I ended up financing a new machine which is the only reason I am selling this as it is. THE LOADER: I have seen these thing sell for over 3K here on Ebay. From what I understand alot of people are looking for loaders for thier machines. This is the quick release model. So it comes on and off the machine very easily. I was told the model of the loader is a 70A(Even though it says 70) as it has the mounting setup for the 855 and 955. Not for the 755 and 655. From what I understand the A determines the brackets as the 70 and 70A are exactly the same. Just different mounting setups. It comes with the mounts and bucket. It works great. But there are two things that should be addressed. One of the Hydraulic cyliners leak. Should be rebuilt(see pictures) It works fine how it is. There is a crack in the subframe of the loader. It has been there ever since I owned the tractor. I never had it welded as it worked fine how it was. But it could use a s

This is a nice 2010 Kubota B21 Compact tractor loader backhoe. This machine is basically a Compact tractor that came from the factory with the backhoe installed on it. You can easily remove the backhoe and use it just like any other compact tractor with regular three point hitch attachment. The three point arms are included and it has standard 540 PTO. This machine fires right up. Runs strong and does not smoke. The transmission is a 3 range hydrostatic set-up and it works with full power in all ranges. The hydraulics are strong and there are no leaks. This is a great machine and would be perfect for the homeowner or a light contractor. This is a Kubota B20 Compact tractor loader backhoe. This machine is basically a Compact tractor that came from the factory with the backhoe installed on it. You can easily remove the backhoe and use it just like any other compact tractor with regular three point hitch attachment. The three point arms are included and it has standard 540 PTO. This machine fires right up. Runs strong and does not smoke. The transmission is a 3 range hydrostatic set-up and it works with full power in all ranges. 1961 Case 730 gas tractor serial number 8174887. This tractor came out of an estate where it has been for many years, I talked with the owners daughter she didnt now if her dad bought it new if not it was close to new as she can always remember it being on the farm, it has only been started a couple times a year the last 5 years or so, it has been stored in a shed until now, it is running in the photos, it runs good with no smoke and good oil pressure, it has a 4 cylinder gas motor and is 12 volt and the charging system does work, the tractor has power steering it works but at times can be sluggish I am sure the oil needs to be changed, the rims are spin outs and are good and solid, rear tires are 15.5/38 in good condition but are wore down to 10% tread, has a foot throttle, steel belt pulley that does work, the three point hitch works good, ... morePTO works good, has a set of rear hydraulics that do work, it has a 4 speed trans with HI/LO that works good, original wide front, the brakes do stop tractor but wont lock up tires, the sheetmetal is nice and solid a few dings but not many, the fenders are solid and not rusted by the brackets very solid and nice, it is missing the bushing on the steering shaft up by the throttle. It is hard to find these old tractors in this good of original condition, not all banged up and still with solid metal, this would make a great tractor to use on any farm, or would be an excellent one to restore. 1948 Massey Harris 30 model. Has a working PTO and 3pt. This tractor was in inside storage for about 25 years. I purchased it several years ago and recently got it running. Although it does have some issues this tractor is a good solid project. Has newer plugs. Wires, belt, hoses, in-line fuel filter, carb has been cleaned, and a recently rebuilt starter. May need a new battery. It is a 6v system and will not turn over. I can jump it directly to starter and crank with a 12v battery. The tractor seems to have good compression but for some reason burns oil when running. Once warm there is a unknown engine noise. Seemed to be only noticeable at idle. May need new bearings. Needs an ignition and key, currently the wires are connected to bypass key. My buddy had it running about a month ago for me.
