Farmall Super C 1952 model - very nice
I purchased this tractor five years ago from the original owner who is now 92. It was one of twenty plus tractors on his farm and was always kept in the barn. I also purchased all the original International Farmall equipment that was also purchased brand new in 1952. As you can see in the pictures. This is Not a restored unit. It is a pristine example of a rarely found tractor that has been pampered it's entire life. All of the original lights. Housings, control arms, etc are still where they were installed at the factory and have never been removed or rebuilt. This tractor has the even more rare Magneto ignition which is twice as powerful and reliable than the coil and points units are. It starts at the flick of the switch and purrs right up to running rpm with the vigor of a new machine. It maintains a healthy oil pressure as shwon ... morein the picture with the tractor running. I have used this machine to cut the fields of my 23 acre farm. I have ran a bailer all day or a six foot bush all day as well with absolutely no issues. It still has the complete six volt system and working generator. I have however replaced the battery with a 12 volt for faster and easier starting in the winter. I simply disconnected the six volt charging system which is easily put back on when the original six volt battery is re-installed. The original International Farmall equipment included with the sale of this unique original are: Six foot Dirt/Snow front plow that is operated with tractor hydraulics. The blade is perfect and has seen very little use Left and Right rear plows that are raised. Lowered, and changed the pitch using tractor hydraulics Pull behind discer that is a newer unit but worlks well for small to large gardens. We used for a two acre plot and works perfectly I am listing a brand new six foot draw bar attach bush hog that I purchased new from Tractor Supply for $1600. For sale is a 1992 John Deere 4560 Tractor in excellent condition. This tractor was a local Iowa tractor that was in the same family since new. There is no issues with it. The inside duals and front tires were just recently replaced with firestones. The front size is 420/90/r30 and the rear is 480/80r42. It has weights all around. 1959 ONE OWNER John Deere 630 Gas COMPLETELY Original!! Super Nice Tractor!
Here is your opportunity to collect and own a piece of rare agricultural history! This tractor has been on the same farm since it was purchased brand new at the John Deere dealership in Greene Iowa! They bought it to replace their John Deere 60. This was their all around tractor. I got the chance to talk with the son of the owner who is now 63 years old. He said he would be glad to talk to the final buyer of this unit to answer any more historical questions about this tractor and its life in Iowa. Through my conversation with the son. I gathered the following information. He was about 8 years old when the tractor was purchased new. They used this tractor in many different areas in the farm. Today farmers have a tractor for each chore, and sometimes multiple units. Back in 1959, they commonly only had one main tractor, and this tractor was ... morejust that. It was used as a combine by mounting a front mounted corn picker on it. They would take that unit off to pull a 14' disc. Then they would use the same tractor to cultivate the corn. In the spring the tractor would be used to pull a 4 row planter. This tractor racked up an enormous amount of hours this way, and all from the same blood! It has never left the farm until recently when we were able to purchase this unit from the farm. We are in the business of'relocating' antique tractors from one home to another. We take the risk in buying the tractors. In many cases not knowing how much of a basket case they may be. In this case, the tractor is in unusually great AND original condition! These farmers kept this tractor meticulously in top working order. They had to. It was paid for in cash and they didn't have the money to just beat it and trade it in on a new one. From the lack of dents(there are none other than a small screen dent that can be easliy reshaped) to the tightness of the steering at full speed in high gear, this tractor runs like new. New hydraulic pump was installed with new fluid and filters(around $1000) It had tiny little 6.00 x 16 front tires and we decided to spring and put new 9.5Lx15 on factory IH rims on the front, it looks SHAAARP! Rear tires are very good. Sheet metal and fenders is an easy 9/10. Paint is original, all we did is rub a little"spit shine" on it and it really shines nice! Tractor would be a great one to put to work or even show it off as a lone survivor! German diesels have a bad rap of starting hard, but this one turns fast and with a quick shot of the ether start assist it jumps right off. Injection pump has an"IH ReNEw" decal on it, so it has been refurbished at some point. Hardly any leaks or drips anywhere. Factory platform tractor with the extensions. Fenders are superb. Really a nice tractor, one of the nicest originals ive ever had! bad spots on this tractor: boy not much. rear tires have a little weathering between teh lugs. But nothing to worry about. Farmall super c cultivating tractor (nice sheet metal) great patina
For your consideration is a great old super c tractor. This farmall super c has great sheet metal.Brakes, clutch, and steering. Ran great when I used it last spring. Float was sticking a little in carb though. Very minor fix. It is set up for one row cultivating with a rare john blue side dresser in excellent condition. Sheet metal is really straight on this c with all lights being intact.set up with 12 volt charging for better starting. But can be easily switched back if ness. I am selling this tractor with a very low reserve. Also tires are like new with a little rust at valve stems on rims other than that rims are excellent.
