John Deere 620 2-Cylinder Tractor 1957, Serial# 6214317
You are bidding on a Classic John Deere 2-Cylinder Model 620 tractor. The JD620 tractors are equipped with live Hydraulics. Live PTO with a separate PTO clutch that enables"on the go" engagement and this particular tractor was manufactured in 1957 in Waterloo, Iowa. This tractor has been a faithful friend for over 25-years and has always run excellent. The Hydraulics are strong on this tractor with single(ie. 2-breakaway connectors) SCV outlets for remote cylinder operation and the headlights work. It's missing the rear seat light. The electrical wiring to the seat-light is there and it has 12v with the headlamp switch ON. The pto works well and pto clutch is good and adjusted right. The main clutch is nice and tight. New clutch drive disks were installed a few years ago. It took a good puller to get the old one off and the ... morecrankshaft splines were in very good shape. The tractor is equipped with the deluxe'Float-ride' seat, but I believe it needs new rubber torsion springs, or just ride it like it is. The seat cushion is new. The right front wheel rim is bent a bit, but could be straightened. The power-steering system works and there are no leaks apparent although an occasional drip here and there if parked overnight on concrete would not surprise me as it's fairly common with these Classic tractors. The 3-point hitch rockshaft arms are there as well as the 3-point hitch"Elephant-ears" and pins as you can see in the photos. The sheet metal is nice and straight. The transmission is about as quiet as I've ever seen and shifts and works well in all gears. The generator charges strong and lays the amp-meter needle to the right after starting. The rear tires are 14.9-38" Firestone with pretty decent tread(see photos) and the fronts are 650-16" This tractor has plenty of get-up and go and the governor works very nicely and works well under load or at idle. All of the lights and gauges are working properly and the fuel meter has the ring around it. And also in 1958 these Black Dash 720's were given an update and a few mechanical modifications to improve operation and durability including the hydraulics, clutch, rockshaft, and power steering, along with an axle mounted step. This tractor comes with a full 3 point( minus center link) all free except left leveling arm( minor fix) Dual hydraulics, square tube wide front( no breaks or welds) rebuilt carb, float ride seat. This tractor also has a fresh oil change with filter. All the lights are present on the tractor( also work) The power steering is one finger both ways. The metal is in good condition with a few minor dents and dings. The tractor runs and drives out good. All the gears work as they should. The PTO works good, and the PTO brake also works as it should. The tractor holds good oil pressure when running( shown in photo) The tach shows 2740.2 hrs, on a working tach. This tractor came out of a large collection where it was stored in a shed, it hasnt been run much if at all in the last 5 years, it is running in the photos and has a very good running motor with good oil pressure and does not smoke, it does have some dirt or rust in gas tank as a few times it has stalled on me, it is getting better I have flushed it a few times, but it always starts right up, it has the original generator on it, the chraging system does work, the front rims are John Deere rims, has a rol-a-matic front, spark plug covers, toolbox, cylinder hanger, the tach doesnot sork, the clutch, brakes, trasnmission, hydraulics and PTO all work very good, it has a original three point hitch on the rear it is a good one with no welds or breaks, the adjusting handles are not broken like most and ... moreone of the sides still adjusts, also has sway blocks, the sheetmetal is solid with a few dings the grill has a few dings on the left side of embelm if facing tractor, it would restore easily, the rear rims are good and solid, rear tires are 13.6/38 one is at 80% and in good condition the other is a older and at 40% tread, this tractor has a good motor and a very nice original three point hitch, if you want one to use or restore this one is selling NO RESERVE. John Deere 620 Standard Antique Tractor Factory Rockshaft Three Point Hitch
1957 John Deere 620 Standard tractor serial number 6203540. There ere only 988 620 standards produced, this one is even rarer as it has a rockshaft with the correct and original rockshaft arms with a good original three point hitch, the tractor came out of a collection and has not been run much in the last few years, it is unrestored and in good condition, the power steering works very good, it runs and drives excellent good high oil pressure and no smoke it is running in the photos, the fenders are very good and solid I took a photo of the underneath of one where they always rust by the mounting brackets, they are solid with no rust, the hood and grill are very good and solid there might be a few dings but very easy to restore, the battery box is new as well as two new steps on the tractor still has the original toolbox, has all three original ... morelights the front lights do work the rear has the red jewel in it but does not work, has a float ride seat, the PTO works good it does not keep turning when it is turned off, rear tires are 18.4/30 at 30% they are old tires with some checking, rims are good but do have a little rust starting by the valve stem, the manifold is good, has the original generator, the clutch, transmission, brakes, and hydraulics all work good, this is a nice original rare tractor that does not come up for sale very often, it is rare with the three point hitch on it and I am selling it NO RESERVE to the highest bidder. John Deere Three point Hitch. This is a original John Deere Hitch, this hitch will fit right on the John Deere 520, 530, 620 and 630 Tractors, it will fit the 720 and 730 but you will have to use the large ears, it is complete with the sway blocks and return spring, the adjusting handles are there and not broke, and the hitch still adjusts it is not froze up, there is one small crack on one of the arms, it is about 3 inches long and is hard to see but is there, no other welds or breask on hitch this could be put on as is or it can be restored and put on your show tractor, the red tape you see is the shims taped to hitch so we dont lose them, I am starting it low and selling NO RESERVE. 1936 John Deere Unstyled A G D R L M B H Ao Ar 620 60 630
Up for auction I have a 1936 john deere a serial number 427457. I bought this tractor at a local estate sale where it had sat for years. The motor is stuck. But it has always been covered up so it shouldn't be to hard to get unstuck since it's dry stuck. The tractor has the correct carb on it but it is missing the magneto. The rear rims are round spokes and are actually in good shape. The tires are shredded and half gone but the rims haven't been damaged and are very usuable. A wire wheel and some primer and they would be in great shape agian. I didn't see any breaks or cracks on then anywhere. The front ones will need to be rerimed tho. They are factor front round spoke. Not cut offs. The rims are total junk and will need to be replaced. There's a hand full of places that can rerim the front round spoke rims. The spokes ... moreare fine, just the rims are damaged. It has an original loop draw bar on it that has a little tab of metal welded on it for a hitch pin. The welds could easily be ground down and the draw bar would be back to original condition. It has the correct seat and seat pedestal on it still. All in all or would be an excellent parts tractor since the round spoke rims alone are worth almost $1500.00 the way they are. Up for auction I have a john deere unstyled g serial number 6728 which makes it a 1938. The tractor usually starts on the 2nd turn but sometimes it will flood out and I just end up pull starting it. The main reason to this is that I don't know the proper techniques to hand starting a tractor. The tractor runs our good tho and had good power. The clutch works as it should and it shifts into all of the gears. The brakes work good aswell. This tractor is a low houred North Dakota tractor so it is in very excellent shape. Up for auction I have a john deere 70 all fuel. The tractor starts by the push of the button and runs great. The tractor is a very strong running machine. It has lots of lugging Power. The transmission shifts into all of the gears and the clutch operates smooth. The tractor steers easy and brakes nice. This was a Colorado tractor and was very well cared for and maintained. The tin work is in good straight condition and would clean up very easily. All four tired hold air and the rims are all in good condition. Up for auction I have a 1958 john deere 730 propane. The tractor starts up by the push of the button and runs great. I have been using it around the farm the last couple weeks and it runs great and has lots of power. It will idle down to the point where you can almost count the fan blade revolutions. The transmission shifts into all of the gears and the clutch operates like it should. The charging system charges and the wiring is in pretty decent shape. The brakes stop on a dime. John Deere three point htich. This is the small ear hitch it fits the 520 530 620 630 tractors, the arms will fit the 720 and 730 tractors, but the ears are the smaller ones with part# A5713R and A5712R the top link is original and correct for the hitch, it is part# F2813R, it tuns and moves as it should not froze up and has no welds it is in good condition, the hitch has one weld on one of the bottom arms that is it this is a very nice hitch that is ready to go on your tractor I am starting this low and selling NO RESERVE. Up for auction I have a 1859 John deere 830432. I believe this tractor to be an industrial tractor. I bought this out of a collection and the previous owner claimed it had been restored as an ag tractor but was an industrial. The underneath of the hold and several other areas are bleeding yellow paint through. Even under where the emblem Used to be is original industrial yellow. The previous owner included and original industrial front axle with the tractor that he said came off the tractor. I will be listing the front axle in a separate auction. He had a foot throttle assembly for it aswell but I am going to keep that for my other tractors. It has the heavy duty square industrial axle housing still on the tractor as shown in the pictures. 1957 John Deere 820 Rice Special 830 80 R D 720 730 620 630 520 530 4020
Up for auction I have a 1957 john deere 820 rice special serial number 8203595. This tractor is the hard to find rice version with the big rubber(23.1 26) and mud shields that cover the axles and brakes as pictured. The tractor starts up and runs absolutely perfect. The guy I had bought it off of said that it was running a thresher and broke the crankshaft on the clutch pulley. So the owner at that time took it to deere and had a brand new crankshaft installed and the motor was rebuilt at that time as well. This was done In the 80s and it has about a 1000 hrs of run time on it since the rebuild. It runs absolutely perfect and doesn't miss a beat. I just put new coils and a carb kit in the pony. It runs good and doesn't smoke. Starting the big motor with ease. The transmission shifts through all of the gears like it should and the ... moreclutch operates good and smooth. The power steering works good as well. The tractor has a set of hydraulic remotes and a pto. The tractor is full of coolant and cools as it should. The tin work is all good and straight. They have a couple dents and dings but they could be straightened and fixed with ease. The rear tires are about 80% tread. They have a little bit of weathering but are still super nice tires! They would last for many years to come. The front tires hold air and are marginal. All of the rims are in good shape and aren't bent or rusted out. Up for auction I have a 1935 John deere D. This came out of a collection that I bought out. The tractor ran two years ago. I can't get it to have any spark so that's about as far as I've gotten with it. The mag looks good. Carb looks good, and the fuel tank looks to be good too. The tractor turns over and has good compression. I don't think it would take much to get it going once you get spark. I was going to get it up and running but I just don't have the time to put towards it. It shifts into all of the gears. Everything moves like it should. Clutch snaps in and out like it should. It seams to be a pretty tight old tractor. The fenders are rough on the bottom foot or so like usual. These can be bought new for very reasonable. It has the original steel all around in great shape. No cracks or welds from what I could see ... moreanywhere. It even has the rare extensions on the back wheels! Wow! It is missing a couple lugs I noticed. They can be obtained fairly easy. If your looking for a good solid old D this rigs for you. It's selling as is where is with no reserve. This came out of a collection of 30 wheetland tread tractors.
