Antique Tractor (1946 Styled?) John Deere B with Farmall seat !
The serial number"B188891" makes me guess it is a 1946"Styled" John Deere B. I listed this tractor a few days ago. But had it in an eBay motors category they didn't like. EBay cancelled my 5 tractor auctions and made me recreate my tractor auctions in the"Tractor" category. Here they are again. Sorry for the inconvenience. This tractor is near Harrisville. Pennsylvania 16038 and is available for local pickup only. The winning bidder does NOT have to remove the whole tractor if only interested in some parts) It is positioned in a yard where a flat bed truck with a winch could back up to it to load it. I won't be able to help load it. I think it was last running in the 1970s. I blurred the other equipment sitting nearby in order to focus on the tractor for sale. It's part of an estate. 11.2/38 Tires these are Firestone Field& Road 4 ply they have 70% tread the tubes are good and are going along with the tires. They are used tires that have many hours left in them, there is some checking and a few cracks but are still really good they will last for many years, they will go right on and be useable, do not leak and the tubes are good and do not leak, if you are looking for a good set of useable tires and dont want to buy new ones these are selling NO RESERVE. New ones with tubes were a little over $1000 installed. 1925 John Deere Spoker D Tractor serial number 31701. This tractor runs excellent and is running in the photos, I have had it for about 2 years, always starts right up, usually it will start in one turn, you have to put gas in each primer cup give it 1/4 throttle and it fires instantly, it is a easy starter and a very good runner, it is running in the photos, it willidle down and keep on going really does run good, the rear steel is original and correct I do not have the front steel for it, it has the original DLTX 304 Carburator, it does not have the correct magneto on it, the hood and fenders are original, solid but do have some dings, the clutch, transmission both work very good, it has the gear box for a PTO as well, the flywheel is original and not cracked and in good condition, the radiator is good and original, it still has the original ... moresteel sediment bowl under the gas tank, Water valve, as well as the little toolbox up by front cowling the extra tank that you see has been added and can be removed if desired, I am not sure if rear wood platform is original or not but it is there and lookd like it could be, the tractor starts runs and drives good, it wont take much to make this a show tractor, these are hard to find and do not come up for sale very often, if you want one I am starting this one low and selling it NO RESERVE. This tractor starts and runs excellent, it is a pony start as all 70 standard diesels were, the pony motor runs good it fires the big motor right up and the big motor runs very good, this tractor has the rare factory ADJUSTABLE WIDE FRONT, these are hard to find and are worth thousands alone, this tractor came from a dry western climtae it is solid and no rust, the fenders are solid if you look I took a photo of the insides of fenders and you can see that they are solid with no rust, the sheetmetal is solid you may find a few small dings but it is good and in excellent original condition, would not take much to restore it or leave it lke it is hard to find like this in original condition, it has all the correct lights with rear red light not working but nice, the battery box is good and solid, ... morehas all three correct steps, original generator, cylinder hanger, PTO shield, the brakes, clutch, transmission and PTO all work very good, rear rims are good and solid, the rear tires are 18.4/30 at 50% tread one of them has some cracks the other is good, and they will last for many years, this tractor does have power steering, it does work but at times is sluggish, this tractor has been sitting in a shed for many years, not run much or at all, new fluid would probably make the steering work as should. 1960 John Deere 435 Tractor serial number 436286. GM Diesel with only 4626 total built, this tractor starts and runs very good, it is one of the best starting 435 GM Diesels I have seen you do not need to shoot either in it, if it is cold it will crank for about 20 seconds but does start, when warm it fires up in about 5 seconds usually these are hard starters, a little smoke at first but clears right up after about 20 seconds, it has a swept back axle, the brakes, transmission, clutch, PTO and three point hitch work good, it is a 5 speed, alos has the rare deluxe seat on it, the guages do not work on it, tach. reads 2345 hours but does not work, the hood is god and solid but has some dings, the grill is good except where the light goes on the one side it is broken out the other side is good, needs grill screens, but it is solid and could ... morebe restores, the rear rims are spin outs, the rear tires are 14.9/28 Firestones and are 40% tread and in good condition, I did take this tractor and drove it for about an hour last week, just driving around looking at cornfields, it ran great has good power goes right up hills in high gear, but there is some shimmy in front end, I would imagine the tie rods are out of adjustment but you can go wide open will just start to shimmy once in a while at low speeds it does not do it, this is a great restoration candidate it runs very good, just needs cosmetic work, these little 435 diesels are worth very good money when restored, they only made 4626 of them so they are rare and kind of hard to find. This tractor came out of a local collection, it has been stored in a shed for the last 5 years and not run much if at all, it is running in the photos and runs good, this tractor drives very nice, I am not sure of hours on it as there is no tach. but the clutch, transmission, PTO, hydraulics and brakes all work very good, it is not noisy in the rearend or transmission, it has all three original lights on it even the rear red light they do not work but are there, has original John Deere front rims, rear tires are 12.4/38 Armstrong and are 60% tread older tires but in good condition, the hood has been cut around the muffler not a sloppy job and can be fixed, the sheetmetal is solid there are a few dings but is very easily restorable, battery box is good, this is a old tractor that has not or if at all ... morebeen run much in the last five years, runs good but has been sitting, if you are looking for one to use or restore this one is a lat model and is selling NO RESERVE. 1957 John Deere 620 serial number 6208494. FARMALL 450 DIESEL international, mccormick, john deere, case, ford
Up for auction is a 1957 Farmall 450 Diesel(SN 20932) Starts. Runs and switches over good. Has TA, 1 finger power steering, fast hitch and one remote. All major mechanical stuff works good. I've put a lot of time into this tractor recently. Just replaced the diesel tank, gas tank, hydraulic pump, power steering pump etc. All of those parts were used but in good shape. Also changed all filters and fluids(about $200) Was told by previous owner that the injection pump was recently rebuilt. Can't prove it but the tractor sure does run like it was. I also just put brand new road guider 6.00-16s and tubes on the front. The rear tires are 15.5-38s. One is an alliance with about 70% and the other is a hood with about 25% This tractor does have a few things that could use some tlc. It has a hydraulic leak coming from somewhere around the reservoir ... moreor power steering block. Not sure didn't look into it. The battery box has been changed to be longer. Must have been done to fit a bigger battery. None of the lights or dash guages work. The left rear wheel has been welded as shown in the pictures. Looks to me like they did a pretty good job. The rear tire that's 25% holds air and works but is showing through in a few spots. All these issues except the tire are pretty minor and come with the territory of almost a 60 year old machine. Like I stated above all major mechanical stuff is good. Overall this is a pretty solid tractor. Only 6961 of the diesel 450s were made. Who knows how many are left complete and still running today. It would make a great candidate for restoration due to the rarity and condition. Would like to keep this tractor but I just bought a bigger one. Satoh ST 1300 D. This little tractor is running in the photos it has a two cylinder diesel engine that runs good,it also has a fully bhydraulic loader with down pressure that works very good, I am not sure of the year but the serial number is 701912, the hood fits tightly but now I have a battery that is two big and the hood hits it if it had a smaller battery the hood would fit as it should, it has a good working PTO which is live the hydraulics are live as well, the clutch and brakes work very good, it has six speeds forward and two reverse, three speed trans. with HI/LO, has a rear hitch on it, it has a rockshaft so a three point hitch can be added if you need one, this is a four wheel drive machine but the four wheel drive is not working, why I dont know we never checked it out, might be an easy fix but it operates great without it, the ... morerear tires are 90% tread turf tires older tires but good condition, the front tires are brnad new, sheetmetal is very solid, if you are looking for a good little yard or garden tractor with a loader for snow removal moving firewood or whatever your need may be this one is ready to go to work, it starts, runs and drives very well. 1958 John Deere 720 Diesel Standard Tractor serial number 7221728. This tractor is running in the photos, it came out of a estate where it has been sitting in a shed for the last 15 years and only run a couple of times, it runs good, does not smoke, the pony motor runs and fires up every time, does smoke a little, the big diesel motor fires up instantly, the pony motor clutch does grind once in a while, you need to pull it back a inch and then start the big motor then it doesnt grind, I think it is out of adjustment, the fenders are solid, I took a photo of the inside of one of them, the power steering does work but sometimes it will be sluggish and turn hard, the sheetmetal is solid, has a few dings but would restore easily, fenders are good, the wide front is good with no welds or breaks, the PTO works good and has a PTO shield, also has ... morea cylinder hanger, the seat is a float ride seat and has newer seat cushions, has a new muffler, tach is not working, rims are good there is a lttle rust starting by the valve stem, just starting and will last for many years, the rear tires are 18.4/30 at 40% and older tires with some cracks, this tractor starts good the big motor is very good and strong, pony always fires right up but smokes a little and needs some adjustment but will fire big motor instantly, the clutch is good, brakes, PTO and transmission all work good, it has been shedded for 15 years and not run much if at all, it would be a good one to restore or just add to your collection.
