1969 John Deere Moldboard Disk Plow brochure 4520 4020 3020 2020 1020 Tractors
This brochure has some issues. The covers have pulled away from the staples and the center 3 pages have pulled away from the staples- it must have gotten damp at one time the back cover is kind of wrinkly,but there is no water staining- It is complete and there are no rips or writing,some other wear and soiling- Lots of great pictures of JD tractors Plowing- If you have any questions please ask- thanks!

1969 REPOWERED JOHN DEERE 3020 DIESEL - more pics available now by text
I am posting this listing from out of town for a friend. I will post additional pictures on monday when I return home. Until then you can call Pete@ 989-544-1141 and he can text you more pictures. 1969 John Deere 3020 diesel. 75 hp. Owner repainted. Serial number(s) are pictured. 7100 hours on the tractor. 2000 hours on the motor. Tires 18.4 x 34. Front 11L x 16 flotation. 1 hydraulic remote. Syncro range transmission. Re-powered in 1994 with a new 4039 John Deere engine that Deere still puts in their tractors. This was a $8500 rebuild. New clutch was installed also. 3 years ago a new updated top shaft was put in the transmission. This was $2500. Since the new engine was put in. This tractor has mainly been a loader tractor and used for raking hay. Paint job done on the farm, not professional, did get some paint on the tires. John Deere 3020 Gas. 2WD, John Deere 46 Loader. 6530 hours. 2 sets rear remotes, power shift transmission. Runs great, smooth trans. Previous owner advised full engine overhaul at 5000 hours. John deere 4020 diesel tractor 1969
Nice 1969 4020 diesel. Synchro transmission,side consol, single hyd remote, bush hog quick attach hydraulic loader and bucket, joystick valve for the loader, the loader is quick attach from the tractor and also has westendorf quick attach for the bucket. We put a new clutch and pressure plate in this tractor this winter, also a real main engine seal, new batteries, and cables and a starter. We changed the original injection pump out to the new style jdb pump, the pump and lines are all from john deere. The tractor runs and drives really good. The transmission shifts really tight and the hydraulics work good. The rear tires are 18.4 34 and are at 90% the fronts are 7.50 18 and are at 40% It has rear wheel weights, and the top link, we.put a new john deere seat on it also. Wide front is free and clean of breaks bends or welds. Just a nice tractor to pilot! Bad spots on this machine: Has a sizable ding in the front of the hood that someone at some point tried to bondo. I had a body guy look and he said you could make it new again pretty easy. But im not a body guy so im not sure. Seat is older and has a few cracks in the vinyl. Rare 1969 John Deere 4520 Cummins V8 Repower
1969 John Deere 4520 Cummins Repower V8 300 Horsepower Side Console Dual Hydraulics Syncro Range Transmission. This tractor was one of two purchased new by a farmer in ILL. Both were 4520's The first one he installed the Kinze Kit and repowered with a Detroit and this one he installed the Cummins Repower. When I bought the tractor. It was needing an engine overhaul. I decided to go with a brand new engine. I spent along time searching and finally found a complete New Old Stock Government Military Surplus engine still in the crate. The engine is a 1969 300 Cummins V8 which is the same year as the tractor. I ordered new gaskets from Cummins, new starter, belts, hoses, thermostats etc, Tractor has a larger custom built radiator to keep up with the big V8 engine. So we took it out and had a shop rebuild it to new specs. Previous owner had ... morereplaced some of the gears in Syncro Trans. I had the flywheel resurfaced and a brand new heavy duty John Deere clutch installed. Two brand new Interstate batteries and brand new John Deere battery boxes. New John Deere Steering wheel and center cap, decals, seat, emblems etc. I purchased and installed a brand new Original John Deere Rops for the tractor. Which at the time was the only new one left in the United States. Also bought a brand new canopy top from Saginaw County Tractor at the same time. All brand new matching Goodyear rubber on the tractor. New front heavy duty 8 bolt wheels with new Goodyear Dyna Rib 16.5x16.1 four ribs. Brand New 20.8R38 Goodyear Dyna Torque II radials on replacement rear wheels. Brand new John Deere front weight bracket with 6 front suitcase weights. Tractor has a 145 lb weight on both rear wheels. Custom Stewart Warner gauges for water temp, amps, and oil pressure. Tractor shows 3,596 hours on original working tach. All sheet metal is excellent on the tractor. Tractor has been repainted and has a custom hood scoop, Farr filters. Chrome straight pipes, left one has a small dent in it from handling. I installed brand new custom K and M steps with

1969 John Deere 4000 ( RARE )
Here for auction is a RARE 1969 JOHN DEERE 4000 synchro shift transmission with u now hours on the tractor it has a working 3pt. Dual hydraulic, 540 pto, No dif lock. The guy i got it from said the motor got rebuilt and said it has 2600 hrs on the rebuilt motor, but i don't have the papers to show what work that has been done or what he did but there is no smoke or blow by. So i change the motor oil, oil filter and i change the fuel filters and the hydraulic oil and filter with new along with 50/50 mix antifreeze and new air filter. So what my caution and i replace or rebuilt the front end with new tie rods, new hubs, bearings, lower and upper bushing, pivot bushings, new pivot pins, new 16.9-38 tires on the raer, new radiator, new rebuilt roosa master injection pump, new fuel line from tanks to primer pump, new primer pump, new sending ... moreunit in the tank( but the fuel gauge still don't work, new valve cover gasket, new oil plan gasket, new timing cover gasket, rebuilt water pump, new fan belt, new upper and lower radiator hoes, new front and rear mean seals that didn't really need replace but my cuzion said that is what he use to do when he work a john deere that he would replace the clutch or damper he replace the raer or front seals so we did that to this 4000, rebuilt 12 volt starter, new damper, new clutch and flywheel, new pto seals, rebuilt brake valve, new load shaft and seals, 1 and 2 rebuilt hydraulic valve is rebuilt. New fenders, new battery tray's, new seat, new wiring from the front to the back,new john deere block heater and i add a starter weight and 1 weight on the front along with a new tech was put in after all what was done to it so there is 2 or 3 hrs on what i listed that been new or rebuilt. So this 4000 got tour down sandblasted to get painted and sent the hood to the body shop to get fix up. I used 3 gal of classic green, 1 gal of yellow, 3 gal of primer, john deere thinner, John deere harder, new decals. We set up for 30 in space so I think that is about all i can think of

Up for auction I have a 1969 john deere 4020 side counsel model serial number T213r 215136r. The tractor starts up instantly without the need of ether when it's cold out even. The motor has good power and seams to run out good. We've been using it around the farm for random tasks and it always operates as it should. The steering works good aswell as the clutch and brakes. The transmission shifts into all of the gears as it should. The tractor has dual hydraulics. It has a factory rops and canopy in good condition except for a square hole in the canopy that could easily be patched and you would never notice that it was there. The hood is in good straight condition and would clean up nicely with minimal work. It had a dent on the front nose but other then that it is in good shape. The radiator is full of good clean antifreeze and doesn't ... moreleak. The rear tires are matching and are 18.4 38s. This is a very sought after option on these.
