This is a 15ft. JD 750 no-till drill. It's a very nice drill. Has always been kept inside. It has a 14ft. fill augar, SI meters with new belts. 7.5 inch spacing, 3 point and tongue hitch. Good tires. new web site: For auction is a John Deere power-till drill model 1550. This is a notill or. Sometimes called, a pasture drill. Its openers are round blades or discs with small teeth that are powered by the tractors pto. It has a 1000 rpm pto. It is in good condition. Tires are somewhat weather checked but do hold air. Drill has fresh coat of paint. It has 12 openers on 8 inch spacings. This makes it 8' planting width. Its a little under 10' overall. Drill meters are driven by drills wheels. It has large box for some seeds and a small seed box with small meters for other seeds. Look at the photo of the seed chart(located on bottom side of lids) to determine what it will plant. This is a 2 row Allis Chalmers no till planter. It is 3 point hitch. Cat 1. It is field ready! This planter is perfect for food plots. Game plots, or to just plant a field with. Notice what great condition the coulters are in. And the cutting edge is still on the seed disk. It is presently on a 34" row. It can be made a little narrower. Or it can be set wider. This planter is 6 feet wide. I made it a little wider. As I had people wanting to plant crops in wider rows with them last year. In addition to corn. This planter will also plant beans, cane, milo, just anything lustran made a plate for. We recommend at least a 40 horse tractor with this. As it is heavy on the lift arms. It has the lustran adaptors in the seed boxes. This means you can use the less expensive John Deere and Lustran plates in it. John Deere only made these a few years and these units are PTO driven and requires a 1000 rpm PTO on your tractor to run the drill. The seeder uses power-driven cutter wheels to till an area 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch wide. A seedbed wide enough for any grass seed and also soybeans and even corn if you wanted. The depth is fully adjustable and has down pressure adjustable springs on each mounted unit. I purchased this unit to inter seed grasses in crp and pastures and plant soybeans in smaller fields. Up for bids is an Oliver 4 Row Narrow(30" No-Till Corn/Soybean Planter Plate planter. Double disc openers, hydraulic lift, frame mounted no-till coulters, dry fertilizer, row markers, insecticide boxes. Planter was last used a few years ago and worked okay then. Comes with 1 set of planter plates, other plates are readily available. Row markers and insecticide boxes are not on the planter currently but are in the shed. One of the fertilizer box lids is present. The other one is broken. Disc openers in pretty decent shape. The worst thing you can say about this planter is it has set out so is pretty rusty overall. Kinze 4 Row No Till Planter
I have a Kinze model PT planter for sale. It is a 4 row planter on 36" rows. It has trash whippers and row markers so that you can no-till plant. It also has liquid fertilizer tanks with Yetter fertilizer coulters. And a John Blue pump for the liquid fertilizer. The planter has a Dickey John monitor to let you know if one of the rows is not planting. Also it comes with dry herbicide boxes. I bought the planter from a farmer in Iowa, and it has been shedded it's entire life. It has corn brushes that only have 41 acres planted with them since they were replaced. I am relisting this drill because I had a gentlemen ask me a question that I posted to Ebay. In his question he included his phone number that I shared with the entire world! So I ended the listing to get his information out of the public eyes. Lilliston 9680 10' no till grain drill. Same as the Massey Ferguson 427 Grain drill so it should be easy to get parts I have never personally used this drill. It has been on our farm for years and was replaced with a larger model years ago. Planting width is 10' Transport width is wider. The drill has a single coulter in front of the opener disc that is used to cut through crop residue. This is a very heavy no till planter and has 4600 acres on the counter. The parts in the box are spare parts. Also has small seed box(used to plant small seeds like alfalfa)and twin cylinder hydraulic down pressure. ... moreThe drill has double disc openers and they measure 12" to 13" With only about 3" of ground clearance in full raised position so they cant have much wear. The drill has not been used for over 4 years and was sitting under a tarp until last year. As far as I know the drill is usable but you may need to do some maintance do to the drill setting outside. The hitch can fold up out of the way to load sideways on a trailer. I am starting this drill below scrape metal price! That way the purchaser can afford to put some work into it if needed and still get a good deal. Look on TractorHouse.com.
