The only thing I see wrong is that the motor is missing and the bottom of one foot is missing. The pulley is 24" in diameter and 1-1/2" wide. Excellent rare cast iron tag from about 1880 I believe. Sign is 15-5/8" long. 4-3/4" wide, and 1/4" thick on the edge. Nice raised letters. This came off a old farm in Hustisford Wi. There was an old steam engine and a sawmill, walace tractor and other hit miss items. I think this was off of the steam engine or the sawmill. Item is 2 pounds 8 oz. I got this about 40 years ago. Injector Pump and was made by the New York and New Jersey Lubricant Company as it says on the engraving on the body. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs anywhere on it. It measures about 1 3/8 inches in diameter and about 9 1/2 inches long without the tip. It has an ornate end on it. I'm not sure if it works as I haven't tried it but I would guess that it would need a new leather washer on the end of the plunger at the very least. The pump body is in great shape and the tip has a few dings in it from being used. It still displays very nicely and would look great all polished up with your early engine or horseless carriage!
